A swim cap is compulsory to access the pool and can be bought on site at € 7,50 per cap. The Blue Lagoon water area, which is open from 09:30 until 19:00.

Un hôtel dans le monde fantaisie
Pros:

L’emplacement très bien situé. Le décor des chambres bien réalisé.

Cons:

L’ajout de charge supplémentaire pour les enfants suite à un problème de réservation sur booking.

Pros:

Camera a tema bella, pulita e magica per bambini ed adulti.

Cons:

Il servizio colazione, manca un pochino di attenzione in più rispetto al costo pagato a testa per il servizio.
Ciotole per yogurt e cereali mancanti e non prontamente rimpiazzate, bicchieri per acqua e succhi finiti e non rimpiazzati in tempi brevi.

Acqua della piscina non pulitissima questa volta, anche vero però che era piena di persone. Magari incide. Però sul fondo c’erano parecchi residui.

Non é stato possibile fare colazione perché avevamo il cane. Pessimio il fatto che si paghi un surplus di 90 euro per il cane poi peró non c’è un posto riservato per entrare nel ristorante.

Das Frühstück hat uns nicht gefallen und der Gardasee ist nicht fussläufig erreichbar.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern super.

Cons:

Die Lage ist schon recht weit außerhalb. Auch das Frühstück ist verhältnismäßig teuer und hat uns nicht zugesagt.

Le stanze molto grandi e belle

Cons:

La colazione veramente pessima, costo esorbitante, 20 euro senza scelta di brioches per vegani o senza lattosio. O facevi una colazione salata o nulla, quando abbiamo chiesto alla reception c’hanno proprio risposto, se volete ci sono i fagioli o la frutta. Decisamente pessima.
