It was an awesome experience

Cons:

Issues with Toilet, no cutlery in rooms jus wooden cutlery. This is a hotel not a takeaway restaurant. You are suppose to have steel cutlery in the rooms. 1 staffs said that they can't give steel cutlery because guests are taking it with them. Are we sure it's the guest and not employees? It sounds like hotel problem not the guests. Should always have steel cutlery for guests.

Also need proper management of the building. Videos shown about the hotel doesn't reflect the reality

Overall, it was fine. Would stay at a different hotel next time.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent. Roof top pool was nice, esp the staff working there.

Cons:

There was a sewer smell coming from the drains in the bathroom that was off putting! It did not go away even if you left the bathroom door open. There were cockroaches as well in the bathroom.

Pleasant
Pros:

My stay at Nalagi was overall pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, and the location is excellent, with McDonald’s and a Chinese restaurant just a minute’s walk away.

However, I did notice a cockroach issue in the room, particularly small ones, which made me quite uncomfortable during my stay. Another concern was the bathroom amenities, as the shampoo and conditioner provided appeared to have been previously used, which felt unhygienic.

Despite these issues, the staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was still a good stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

Enjoyed our short stay
Pros:

Good for a couple of nights before a cruise. Breakfast was fine, free shuttle into town for shopping. Beautiful views all around especially from the rooftop pool & bar.

Cons:

A bit isolated from food options for dinner but very good Chinese restaurant on site.
