A good night's stay. Comfy. Good menu at Hotel,
Pros:

Just off the NC 500 so good stop off, plenty of cafes nearby in this quiet high street and meal at the Hotel was also v good.

Cons:

Put in a mundane annex across the road rather than in main hotel but it had its own parking and was just fine.

Nettes Personal, gutes Essen, alles was man so braucht im Urlaub

Das Personal war extrem freundlich, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt bei einer so herzlichen Begrüßung.

Das Essen war ausgesprochen gut.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und man hatte alles was man so braucht, von Haarföhn, Shampoo, Duschgel, etc. bis Wasserkocher, einer guten Auswahl an Tee und sogar verschiedene Kekse wurden bereit gestellt.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist leider schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und das Bett war nicht wirklich bequem.

Very dated and could smell the cooking up in the first floor. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night… one staff member who switched it off and stated it was fine ?? (Just a little concerning )

Pros:

Staff were very pleasant and helpful, thought we were staying in the actual hotel but instead were across the main road, ground floor. Was only for a night, was so tired, could have slept anywhere to be honest - fair play though, double glazing windows were excellent and cars outside you could hardly hear.

Cons:

Walls paper thin, could hear every footstep from other guests, breakfast looked a bit pricey, lovely cafe about 50 yards away had plenty of good choices at reasonable prices.
