Pros:

La ubicación, cerca de todo. Tienes una parada de metro a 5 minutos. Un 7/11 abierto 24 horas a 3 minutos. Tienen paraguas a tu disposición gratis cuándo llueve.

Cons:

No me gustó que no limpiaban ningún día, fui 7 noches 4 personas, imagínate la de pelos que tenía que haber en esa moqueta. La basura tenías que sacarla tú también y ponerla en la puerta y ellos la quitaban. Tampoco te daban toallas ,tenías tú que ir a recepción y pedirlas.

多くを求めなければ満足です
Pros:

どの方も対応が良かったです。
お部屋やシャワー室、トイレも綺麗でした。
屋上もスカイツリー目の前ですし、素敵でした。

Cons:

隣の方の声が夜中まで聞こえていてなかなか寝れなかった。壁が薄いのかな。

Confortable para unos dias en Tokio.
Pros:

Tenia una terraza con vistas al sky que era muy agradable. Nuestra habitación disponía de una especie de puerta que separaba las camas de la zona de estar, que daba algo de privacidad. Las camas eran cómodas, y las almohadas también. Tenia muy buena iluminación natural, y buenas vistas. El hotel estaba cerca de dos supermercados de conveniencia, una lavandería de 24h ( cosa que viene muy bien ya que el hotel no dispone de lavadoras para hacer la colada) y de la estación de metro. A unos minutos andando tenias el rio, y el barrio de asakusa. Fueron muy amables guardando nuestras maletas. Tiene un microondas en el pasillo para que puedas calentar la comida. El jabon olia muy bien. Tenian paraguas de cortesia por si llovia.

Cons:

La habitación no tenia ningún tipo de almacenaje. Me habría gustado algún armario donde poder dejar nuestras cosas. Para estar un poco mas amplios cogimos una habitación para 5 y menos mal, ya que era bastante pequeñita.

Pros:

ロケーション、屋上テラスがよかった。部屋は広いけど使った人数（５人）ではやや狭かった。
貸し出しの自転車があった。

Cons:

部屋が広かったけど、今回の５人にはやや狭かった。
コネクティングルームを使っていた別客がドアノブをガチャガチャされてうるさかった。

Pros:

Size of the room was good given Tokyos challenges of square footage

Cons:

No amenities or options for amenities it's a very Airbnb experience, one can't get breakfast or room service or even room cleaning or trash cleaning.
Shower so tiny elbow bumps door and walls. But functional

L’emplacement, facile d’accès par rapport au métro et au centre-ville

Cons:

Les canapés/lits pas trop confortables et après l’intervention d’un technicien pour la climatisation, la porte de la chambre est restée ouverte

素晴らしい
Pros:

エアコンのトラブルということで、部屋の変更の提案がありましたが、代替先の部屋（別ホテル）に変更をお願いしました。
当方の返信が遅れてしまい、宿泊前日の変更申込みにも関わらず迅速に対応していただきました。
ホテルスタッフの対応も良く、部屋も清潔で家族4人とても快適に過ごせました。
