Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist eine Frechheit bzw. Abzocke. Das Hotel hat einen Stand von 1950/60 selbst die Bettwäsche hat ihre besten Zeiten schon lange hinter sich. Dafür wird bei Veranstaltungen einen Preis verlangt, der jenseits von Gut und Böse ist.

wem komplett unhygenische Matratzen nichts ausmachen

Frühstück sehr mäßig, die Lage ist für die Messe sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Matratze war sehr verschmutzt (Blut, Schweiß, etc, sah ich in dem Ausmaß erst in Nacht drei) ohne Matratzenschutz/schoner, Auswechselung fand trotz meiner Ansage nicht statt, bekam jedoch ein neues Zimmer, nachdem ich drei Nächte auf dieser Ekelmatratze verbrachte (ich hatte aus beruflichen Gründen noch eine Nacht verlängern müssen), zudem fiel die Heizung auch noch aus. Bei Abreise wurde mir gesagt, ich bekäme sicher einer erhebliche Erstattung, ich müsste jedoch erst die Rechnung bezahlen (zwei Frühstücke wurden mir immerhin erlassen). Nichts weiteres geschah allerdings, trotz Rückrufes und bestätigter Nachfrage. Habe mit dieser Bewertung extra noch gewartet, schreibe wirklich sehr ungern derart negatives.

Frühstück ohne Worte, bei jeden Bäcker oder in jedem Cafe ist es besser. Das Personal hat sich tausend mal Entschuldigt, aber die können nichts dafür.

Cons:

Die Bilder im Internet sind für mich getürkt. Man kann nur das Urteil fällen, ohne Worte. Das was Positiv ist, ist die Lage zur Westfallenhalle, nur 3-5 Gehminuten. Der Preis für das Hotel ist viel zu hoch, da bin ich was anderes gewohnt.
