Cons:

Rooms are in a bad condition. Need renovation as holding such a big brand name. Food is also not good. Staff is also not cooperating. In case I have to rate this hotel from 1 to 10, I will give overall rating of 3 that will be for location.

Piccadilly management has to work on this property.

Nice and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Big broad and clean . Omelette in breakfast was excellent . Fine dining at Punjab restaurant was high class

Cons:

Bathroom is cramped . Breakfasts parantha n puri are not upto mark ( thicker than desired)

The facility over all was good and large

Cons:

The reception staff was a complete show down. Worst reception staff i have seen in years. It took me 40 min for the check out at 6 am in the morning. The guy was a total fresher. Biggest show meltdown.

I could had missed my flight because of him.

Pros:

The food is amazing, especially the dinner buffet. I love global cuisine and have eaten and cooked a lot of it. The dinner buffet at the Picadilly is absolutely some of the best I have ever eaten.
