Tentativo di soggiornare in una struttura che proponeva una prospettiva del lusso differente.
Pros:

Un palazzo monumentale. Stanza con parti di pareti affrescate. Arredi molto moderni e di design. Spazi nella camera molto ampi. Un impianto di climatizzazione eccellente.

Cons:

Non è una critica, ma solo uno spunto per migliorare il servizio: non ho gradito l’accoglienza dello staff. Signore e signorine erano tutte vestite in blue jeans. Lo stesso bancone della reception sembrava un leggio da messa. Capisco tutto, il brand Fendi avrà puntato su scelte stilistiche innovative e di rottura degli schemi del lusso. Ma da una struttura a cinque stelle ci si aspetta un servizio elegante e impeccabile. Lo staff, seppure molto gentile e disponibile, sembrava di accoglienza a un camp di boy scout.

Pros:

Die perfekte Unterkunft für Designliebhaber. Mein Erlebnis für die Augen und die Sinne. Ich habe mich gefühlt, als ob mein Pinterestboard Realität geworden ist. Auch sehr geliebt habe ich den sensationellen Zimmerservice.

Cons:

Es gibt kein Frühstück, dafür erhält man diverse Frühstücksprodukte aufs Zimmer. Für uns war das perfekt.

Location, terrazza, l'arte nell'edificio. Le camere belle e di design anche se non funzionalissime.
Ottima la pulizia.

Cons:

Abbiamo atteso tanto per il check-in e per il check-out, non c'è una hall nell'hotel in pratica.

Ci è sembrato ci fosse un po' poco coordinamento tra lo staff del ristorante in terrazza ed hotel, abbiamo dovuto insistere per pagare in pratica.

Colazione in camera davvero deludente per un 5 stelle e per il prezzo pagato. Alcuni prodotti erano confezionati, nessuna alternativa alla brioche sfornata e portata in camera.

Le camere belle e di design ma con diverse cose non funzionali, difettose e scomode.

Struttura molto originale disegnata da Jean Nouvel (lo stesso architetto del Louvre di Abu Dhabi) situato in una posizione magica di fronte ai tempi di Ercole e di Portuno

außergewöhnliches Designhotel , Kombination Hotel und Kunstgalerie, tolle Inspirationen, top Roof Top Bar, tolle außergewöhnliche hochwertige Ausstattung, sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal, hundefreundlich, gute Lage etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, dennoch alles gut zu Fuß innerhalb 25-30 Minuten zu erreichen, viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe

wir sind davon ausgegangen dass ein Frühstück / Buffet inkludiert ist, allerdings gibt es eine hochwertige ordentlich ausgestatte Küchenzeile (selber Kochen möglich) und man bekommt morgens Uhrzeit nach Wunsch frische Backwaren / Croissants , im Kühlschrank steht dann Marmelade, Joghurt, Äpfel und Orangen die man selber auspressen muss, Granola und Milch, Nespresso Kaffee Kapselmaschine, nicht typisch italienisches Buffet und feinem Capuccino, das wäre für den Preis eigentlich zu erwarten, aber da müsste Booking mehr Informationen geben, es war alles in Ordnung aber bei 5 Sternen anders zu erwarten, um die Ecke kann man hervorragend frühstücken gehen, Parken in der Nähe ist schwierig, man muss Glück haben eine Stellplatz vom Hotel zu erwischen, die Roof Top Bar ist ein nicht zum Hotel gehörender eigenständiger Betrieb, da gibt es auch schon mal Ruhezeiten bzw. geschlossene Gesellschaften mit Party

An elegant design hotel with top notch customer service.
Pros:

An extremely well-designed hotel in a spectacular location, the Rhinoceros hotel is a wonderful place to stay. But what I will remember most clearly about this hotel are the staff, who went out of their way to make me feel welcome and well looked after.

Cons:

Manque de calme, il est dommage que de la musique soit diffusée en continu dans les couloirs de l'hotel et ce jusqu'à minuit le soir.
