Pros:

The hotel is very well located and has a parking in front. The staff was incredibly nice to us since the moment we arrived until the moment we left, from the check in to the times we at in their restaurant.
We had a lovely and spatious room with a balcony overlooking the mountains and the famous church on the hill. It was beautiful to watch the sunrise and sunset from there.

Poor facilities for the price
Pros:

1.Location( could be good or not good because it's just at the center of town)

Cons:

1.No elevator
2.no any public space for free seating
3.poor facilities in a room( no phone, no safety box, no desk, no place for suitcase,no refrigerator)

Great renovated hotel with a restaurant and nice view, friendly staff.
Pros:

Staff was very frienly, helped to keep the parking place. Great view to the river and Kazbegi mountain from family room. Restaurant was also very good for a dinner and breakfat.

Cons:

There is room for improvement for everything around the hotel: road quality from Tbilisy is awful (but the hotel is not responsible for that of course). And general infrastructure around is much worse than the hotel, so don`t expect the same level as in Alps or Czech mountains, for example. Just calibrate the expectations accordingly: Great Hotel, great food, great wild nature around, so fill in yourself by all these factors.

Pros:

The room was so clean and cozy, the lovely girl at the reception kindly offered me the room with wonderful mountain view. the next morning, i was served with a takaway bag with nice coffee and pastry, thank you again. the stay at the hotel was very nice and way exceeded my expectation.

המיקום מעולה. הצוות היה מעל ומעבר. כל הזמן חייכו עזרו לנו בהכל. שאלו כל הזמן אם צריך משהו. הזמינו אותנו לקפה מיד עם הצק אין ולפני יציאה לטיול בבוקר הציעו שניקח מה שרוצים מהבופה של ארוחת הבוקר. ארוחת בקר טובה מאוד. יש מסעדה טובה במלון.

Great staff and facilities, no complaints at all!
Pros:

The staff were incredible, so friendly! Even offered us coffee to go when we checked out. Very very comfortable bed – we slept so well and the black out blinds were so great. Beautiful mountain view and convenient location!
Breakfast was worth the price, nice diversity of options. Great hot shower and unexpectedly large room.

Pros:

We have been allocated to a room (rather a suite since one living room + one bed room) with a balcony, facing the river and mountain on top of which there is the famous monastary. The hotel is the center of the village, with very good breakfast. What we apreciate the most is the girl with long straight hair working at the reception (but also in the restaurant during breakfast time) who has been extremely friendly and helpful! Thank you very much. I strongly recommend this hotel.
