Lodge is much much better than our expectation. Staff is very very cooperative & polite.
Pros:

Staff is very polite and cooperative. Cleanliness is excellent. Break fast standard is much better .

Cons:

Kitchen big window and Balcony doors don't have the curtains.

Comfortable. per requirements. Will go again.
Pros:

Was reasonable but was initially served cold. Which made a good breakfast into an ordinary one. However - on pointing it out - they acted immediately and I did not have to tell them again over the rest of may stay.

Cons:

On the last day of my stay, despite having informed that I will be late; when I returned around midnight; the gates were closed. There was no-one to open the gate and I was stranded outside. Even banging on the gate and calling loudly for the watchman - there was no response for 20 minutes. The given phone number was going to an auto prompt with no solution. I finally went to the rear entrance where I once again started calling out loudly for the watchman who finally awoke and admitted me. What was worse - I reported this at the front desk next morning - the staff was indifferent/ nonchalant; not realising what my predicament would have been if I could not have entered the hotel at all. This clearly requires correction.

Good experiemce but can better the customer experience.
Pros:

The rooms were clean. The staff is good to talk to especially the front desk ladies. Breakfast was tasty. Hot water during winter is important and so it was available. Bedsheets were clean.

Cons:

I think based on the booking with 3 poeple in a room they should have ideally ensured that 3 bath towels and toileteries are kept rather than having to ask for it. Tea and Coffee takes a long time to get after order. Car cleaning was half done and only 2 out of 3 cars were cleaned. One incident where we asked for something the person on the front desk asked me to go on the 3 floor and let the oyher person know. Guest should have to do it. He was just looking at the cctv and letting me know talk to the person on the 3 floot and he would help you. Breakfast while tasty we had to wait for additional puri and tea coffee longer than expected. Small thing but can be looked into to better the customer experience. Shower faucets should be checked as the flow of water through them is low and slow.
