Pros:

Absolut freundliches Personal und das Hotel wurde, soweit ich das erkennen konnte, sehr gut modernisiert

Cons:

Ich persönlich fand es etwas schade, dass zum Frühstück kein Vollautomat zur Verfügung steht und das Buffet insgesamt eher klein gehalten wurde. Aber man wird auf jeden Fall satt und die Qualität ist in Ordnung.

Dejligt ,hyggeligt Hotel med virkelig søde og venligt personale.
Pros:

Sød og venlig modtagelse i receptionen ved ankomst .
Morgenmaden var super, der var alt hvad vi havde brug for og personalet kom og spurgte ind til evt. ønsker fx æg el. andre ønsker.
Værelset var stort og rummeligt, ligeledes badeværelset ,alt var pænt og rent.
Gratis parkering og det lå idealt i forhold til den destination vi skulle besøge.
Personalet var virkelig søde og venlige og Hotellet er rigtig hyggeligt.

Bad: Duschvorhang, fehlende Fliese an d. Duschwanne, defektes Licht; Hygiene-Müllbeutel nicht vorhanden; Steckdose für Fön lose

Zimmer: alter Teppich mit Löchern, defektes Wandlicht, Gardinen nicht richtig befestigt; Vorhänge verdunkeln nicht komplett, Duftstäbchen im Zimmer

Beim Einchecken waren der Dame in der Rezeption die Frühstückszeiten nicht bekannt.

Gegenüber liegt eine Spedition, die wochentags sehr früh mit der Arbeit beginnt (kann also früh laut werden)
Kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden
Hotel befindet sich im Um-/Ausbau

Goede locatie, zeker als je op doorreis bent. Centrum is te voet te bereiken.

Cons:

Men was aan het verbouwen/moderniseren. Het wordt mooi. We dachten dat je er ook kon eten, dat was niet zo.

Solides Hotel mit Top-Personal zum fairen Preis
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, ich fühlte mich willkommen. Geräumiges Zimmer, sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, deutlich besser als in den anderen Hotels in Elmshorn - und eine Servicekraft hat sorgsam für Nachschub gesorgt. Parken direkt vor dem Haus oder an der Straße möglich. Für mich ab sofort erste Wahl in Elmshorn.

Cons:

Die Aussicht auf eine Spedition ist nicht so attraktiv, zumal diese auch noch im Umzug begriffen war an diesem Wochenende (das wird sich ja nicht wiederholen).
