Highly recommend for a hotel thats light on the pocket but feels like a 5-star stay
Pros:

The room was so spacious, and very close to Moana Cafe, Cau May Street (where you can buy cheap trekking gear) and Sun Plaza. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was superb. The views from our balcony was breathtaking

Cons:

Nothing. Loved my stay here.

Good quality hotel in the right part of Sapa
Pros:

The property is on the outskirts of the main central part of Sapa. This is a very good decision as the central part is hectic and noisy.

The staff are friendly and helpful; it's a family run hotel, or so I believe it is.

The rooms are well decorated and comfortable. Water pressure is good and it came with numerous complimentary bathroom accessories.

Breakfast is good with a fairly decent offering of "western" options, although the croissants were not their best. Chicken Pho and other Vietnamese staples were offered and of a good quality.

There's a good convienence store next door and also a knock off hiking shop for any last minute bits.

Overall, it's a really good choice and I would recommend.

Smelly and damp hotel
Pros:

Good location and very friendly staff.

Cons:

We were deceived by the pictures and reviews of this place. Stale, musty and damp smell throughout the property, including the lobby and bedroom. Outside of the hotel is filthy and an eye sore. Overall, I would probably avoid at all costs.

Heerlijk hotel
Pros:

Mooie kamer. Wat verder buiten het centrum, wat prettig is vanwege de drukte. De receptionisten waren allen ontzettend aardig en vrolijk.

Ik weet niet of ik hier nog eens zou verblijven, maar er zijn zeker hotels met een betere prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.
Pros:

Het personeel was vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt op een steile heuvel, dus we hebben meteen een scooter gehuurd. De kamers zijn zoals op de foto’s, maar wel wat verouderd. Hetzelfde geldt voor de douche. Voor het ontbijt kun je beter geen hoge verwachtingen hebben.

Günstiger Aufenthalt in Sapa
Pros:

Wir waren fast die einzigen Gäste im Hotel und haben ein gratis Upgrade bekommen. Die Suite war sehr gross und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkte verlassen und etwas vernachlässigt. Das Frühstück war lieblos angerichtet und wirkte nicht frisch.
