Pros:

room was great, I got a free upgrade, nice little balcony with a view. I liked the design of the place overall. staff were lovely, cleanliness was really good. For what I paid, it was a really good stay.

Cons:

There was a lot of construction, and it was a bit difficult to navigate the entrance, maybe could have felt the pool area was given more attention from the staff. The breakfast buffet was good, if a little limited.

The location was great. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

There was no view. Access to lifts was through the restaurant which was not ideal and spoilt the ambiance.

Amazing, exactly like the pictures.
Pros:

We checked in at 2AM and the staff were amazing and helpful. So many restaurants in the same street. We walked to the beach daily. Very good value for money

Pros:

L’emplacement est vraiment top ainsi que le personnel.
Le restaurant est très bon, varié et propre

Cons:

La piscine est sur deux niveaux, en haut, 4 transats au soleil, en bas, niveau où se trouve la piscine, 3 transats. Elle est toute en longueur, plus pour se rafraîchir que pour tellement y nager.
L’hôtel ne pratique pas les 10% offerts par booking.

Close to double six beach. We were upgraded to a much bigger room than we booked. Staff were lovely

Cons:

Pool was very dirty and green slime on the walls and on the hammock beds. Dirty glass balustrades. Not that it mattered as pool overlooked a construction site. . No mattresses for the pool loungers. While at a distance this look like an instagram moment hotel, attention to detail was lacking. No in room manual or instructions how to access wifi for example. No mini bar and fridge was iced up. Paintwork peeling and broken fixtures. One of 2 lifts broke while we were there. We were upgraded to a room with an outdoor bath but the tap didn’t work properly so could only fill with cold water. Also a broken blind with rusted fittings nearly fell on us. Breakfast buffet offerings were strange even for Bali and things like toast offered with no butter which is only minor I guess. While it sounds like a lot of criticisms, we still had a great stay. Overall a reasonable value hotel stay but of all our hotels in Bali this was the most expensive and the poorest overall quality.
