Pros:

La atención del personal del portero, de señorita del restaurante y de la señora de la limpieza, fue excelente

Cons:

Las habitaciones huelen demasiado a perfume que echan por el mal olor que tienen las habitaciones, me cambiaron dos veces de habitación y en las tres era lo mismo. No pudimos dormir por esa mezcla de olores ya que eran demasiado fuertes, al punto que nos dió migraña y alergia. Habían hormigas y cucarachas en baño y habitación

Está bonito el hotel. no me gustó la hora de check out. Pareciera que para hotel es más importante que te vayas antes de brindarte una buena hospitalidad y estadía. Por todos lados recuerdan check out

Cons:

El check out 11 horas es fatal después de una noche de fiesta. Virtualmente el hotel debiera comprender uno de sus lemas. Que el huésped se sienta bien y confortable. eso no pasa allí te acuestas pensando en la salida, desayunas pensando ya tienes que irte. Y apenas te bañas y cambias pensando en la pinche salida por eso los mejores hoteles el check out es a las 13 horas

Nice hotel but not worth the price with false advertising of amenities.

Very clean. Free parking underneath hotel.

Cons:

Only selected hotel because I wanted a jacuzzi and it was the only hotel that had one promoted in the area so I booked it. Once I changed and arrived to jacuzzi, staff said it takes 4 hours to warm up. Then front staff told me it doesn’t work. Photos show lovely pool area but it’s not. Pool area neglected and dirty. See photos.

Great place to stay for a few nights to recharge!
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast was nice, and the room was spacious and clean. The gym on site was also awesome!

Cons:

My shower did not have hot water, and I was located next to main street was noisy with traffic. They also do not have a formal place to refill your water, which means you have to buy bottles and contribute more garbage.

Triste pero satisfecho…
Pros:

Personal amable y lugar muy limpio con buena ubicación.

Cons:

No nos permitieron hacer uso de la piscina y el jacuzzi en nuestra estancia y era una de las razones por las cuales escogimos este hotel.
El servicio del restaurante es demasiado lento.
