The property is cute, tucked away from the street so it’s quiet with a nice view. The room we had was big with lots of space and everything needed. We brought our 7mo old and the property was very accommodating. They had a cot available and high chair. Overall had a comfortable stay.
The property matched my expectations. It would be helpful to have more hooks in the bathroom.

Staff were all friendly and wanted to make stay as comfortable as possible. Lovely room.
Only negative was that a dirty beer glass had been left on window sill in bedroom.

The food.
The rooms weren't very clean. I.e stained bed sheets stained towels. Not enough towels for guest. Very horrible smell as soon as you walked in. Needs updated
Other guests had zero respect for family's with kids staying being loud, slamming doors, running up and down the hall

Lovely grounds. The house is old and beautiful. The view from our bedroom was beautiful and we had all we needed in the room. Which was spotless. The bed was so comfortable. The food from the on site restaurant was good value for money and lovely..
We likes everything. The wonderful drive up to the hotel. Parking, the grounds are lovely. When you look around outside it is visible to see the improvement the owners are trying to make. Step inside it is a different sight altogether. It is spotless and old world, which is beautiful. The owners and staff are really upgrading as they go but not losing the feel of the house. Will definitely be back again.
