Spotlessly clean, great views, fantastic pool and friendly staff
Pros:

The room was a generous size and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds (full length, not the shorter beds so many places in Malaysia have). The pool is fantastic, the view from the room was spectacular, especially at sunset, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was really good too.

Cons:

The hotel is located a little bit away from the main part of town. But in the evening, when it wasn't as hot, we could easily walk into town.

Très bon séjour au calme dans un bel hôtel
Pros:

Petit déjeuner royal ! La piscine extra et le personnel très attentionné. Proche de la plage, beau coucher de soleil.

Pros:

Das Hotel war wirklich super. Tolle Lage für einen entspannten Urlaub in Strandnähe. Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Für die Preisverhältnisse in Malaysia dennoch etwas teurer.

Misleading photos, worn-out rooms, and an unbearably hot lobby
Cons:

Unfortunately, the online images do not accurately reflect the current state of the hotel. Both the rooms and facilities appear dated and worn out. Soundproofing is also an issue, as the walls are quite thin. Additionally, the lobby is an open-air space with no comfortable seating area, making the heat unbearable while waiting. I truly commend the staff, as managing under these physical conditions year-round must be incredibly difficult.

Нам очень понравился отдых в этом отеле. Если вернемся еще на Лангкави, то только в этот отель.
Pros:

Очень классный отель. Нас встретил максимально приветливый персонал, угостили освежающими напитками, заселение прошло без проблем.
Наш номер находился на 6м этаже, с видом на море и частично бассейн. Да и виды из самого бассейна отдельная песня, очень красиво. В номере было всё необходимое, включая утюг и гладильную доску. В огромной ванной комнате располагалась гардеробная, немного позабавил туалет прям напротив зеркала, но его можно сдвинуть. Кровать большая, очень удобная.
На балконе есть сушилка для белья, два креслица и столик, 2 пуфика, очень удобно сидеть и наслаждаться видами. Закаты просто невероятные. Уборка была ежедневная и качественная.
Также для нас был приятный бонус, что можно спать без кондиционера, с открытым балконом, это было комфортно, не жарко и ни одного комара не видели в принципе.
Завтраки очень вкусные, разнообразные, есть как местная кухня, так и европейская, отдельная стойка с едой для детей. В наличии вкусный кофе из кофемашины, а также местный кофе со сгущенкой (предположительно) и чай со специями в отдельных чайниках, соки, молоко, всё как обычно. Дефицита в фруктах замечено не было.
Также в отеле за отдельную плату можно пообедать и поужинать, взять напитки алкогольные и безалкогольные, на первом этаже возле ресепшена располагается Starbucks. Но мы ходили есть практически всё время в ближайшее кафе — Cactus Restaurant.
Каждый день предлагаются различные активности, есть всякие настольные игры, шашки и прочее.
Море находится в пешей доступности, буквально 3 минуты, но из отеля также возят на электрокарах. На пляже белый, мягкий песочек, водичка очень чистая и красивая. Многие пишут, что у отеля нет своих лежаков, но это не так, они есть. Да, периодически проезжают тракторы, возят гидроциклы, но это не прям постоянно, нам не мешало. Людей на пляже практически нет, чего не скажешь о соседнем пляже.
Пешком можно спокойно дойти до центра и закупиться чем хочется по очень приятным ценам, поесть и поменять деньги или снять с карты.

Cons:

Единственный минус, который мы заметили — шум от инженерных сооружений, которые стоят на улице недалеко от отеля, они огорожены сетчатым забором, который естественно никакой звук не изолирует и такая же ситуация в отеле по соседству, жужжание 24/7. Было бы здорово решить этот вопрос и тогда отель автоматически станет идеальным.
