Bed was too soft for me.
They did not inform us that there was a spot with hotel beach chairs at the public beach nearby. Type of room booking was messed up. Towels should be laundered better.

staff were the most helpful! my mum accidentally threw her personal belongings in the bin, and the reception staff Jayden went to recover it for her. also the massage was the most relaxing. breakfast was busy, but there was never insufficient tables. it is also very accessible, 2 mins walk from the beach. but you could also suntan from the balcony in the afternoon, and they provide beanbags in the room! bathroom is also HUMONGOUS

Pros:

The staff were all very friendly during check-in, including Tenggu, Husna, Nara, Izzah and Ao. We booked sea view rooms in advance, and higher floors offer much better views, especially the 7th and 8th floors.

We reserved five sea view rooms in total, yet only one room on the 8th floor was allocated to us, with the hotel claiming all other high-floor rooms were fully occupied.

Our entire group planned a three-night stay. We had informed the hotel ahead of time that one of our travel companions would celebrate her birthday on June 28, requesting a room with an outstanding view for her. However, no room adjustment was made even on her birthday. We flew all the way from Shanghai to Langkawi specially to celebrate her birthday, but the hotel did not provide any thoughtful gestures or well-wishes at all, which was extremely disappointing.

入住接待人员服务态度良好，我们预订五间海景房，仅分到一间视野最优的八楼客房，酒店称高层客房已满。我们提前告知酒店同行友人6月28日生日，特意从上海赴兰卡威为其庆生，请求安排景观更佳的房间，但酒店全程未调整房型，生日当天也无任何贴心祝福与慰问，体验感较差，令人失望。

Aloft was a great and quiet location.

It was thunderstorming at night, but the hotel had free umbrellas for us to borrow.

Cons:

We had to requests towels as we have booked for us and our child but we kept only recieving two towels. They were happy to give us the towel and werw apolagetic. This seems to happen at all the hotels ive stayed in when bringing our child so not just this thing and not a big deal just a little inconvenient

Best staff, great location and service is really good

Cons:

I wanted to do the seafood buffet and it was disappointing that the alcohol was in the display close to the food: you should consider placing alcohol just at the outside bar area and not bring it by the food. There are many Muslims that wou prefer to enjoy their meals not with alcohol so visible. Just a recommendation
