Pros:

Vynikajúci hotel, veľmi ústretový personál i kvalitná strava. Poloha hotela s výhľadmi na ikonické Stelvio na jednej strane a na druhej strane majestátny Ortler. Priestranná svetlá izba s kúpeľňou a výhľadom do svahu, stačilo otvoriť okno, prisunúť stoličku a sledovať svište on-line 👍😅 V bare sa dali nájsť zaujímavé knihy pojednávajúce o histórii výstavby cesty na Stelvio čo tiež spríjemnilo čakanie na lepšie počasie. K dispozícii bola aj sauna a bazén.

second séjour très décevant - le dernier si rien ne change
Pros:

L'emplacement et le calme du Stelvio (fermé à la circulation la nuit)
l'Hôtel est correct et met à disposition des voyageurs une (petite) piscine intérieure en plus de chambre sans luxe mais propre et accueillante
C'était notre second séjour (2023) dans cet établissement ..la bonne question est :
L'hôtel et le service ont ils évolué ? (voir les points négatifs)

Cons:

Hélas oui ... l'évolution depuis 2023 ne s'est pas faite dans le bon sens .
Tout d'abord le staff . Service en terrasse long et fastidieux. Mais le pire est le soir au restaurant (le seul et unique au col du Stelvio de nuit) .
A 21H00 on veut commander des cafés et un dessert , réponse : "non la cuisine est fermée, mais vous pouvez prendre un café au bar" . Pas très professionnel !
Le lendemain matin à 07H30, petit déjeuner . A 07H40 plus rien au buffet . Un seul "heune" pour assumer le service totalement débordé.
Le second soir au restau à la carte à 19H30 ouverture du restaurant . Evidemment ce que le veut commander n'est pas dispo (le "Burger" ) et de nombreux autres plats pas dispo non plus (on est une table de 10) . On a compris à 21H00 on doit avoir débarrasser le plancher
le second matin ..même punition que la veille, un seul "jeune" , buffet vide à 07H45 etc etc ..
et le Top vient ensuite .... dans un hôtel on demande souvent que les boissons et autres denrées annexes soient marquées sur la chambre .... on s'est rendu compte que l'une de nos chambres (6 au total) avait une addition totalement fausses avec des plats et Capuccino que personne n'avait jamais commandé ! seconde et dernière expérience.

Fantastic location and well worth the money
Pros:

Gyönyörű helyen lévő, nagyon korrekt szálloda. A reggeli nagyon jó volt, az egész szálló hangulata elragadó. Még uszoda és szauna is van, amelyek jól jönnek a csípős levegőben tett túrák után.

Cons:

Nem szobánként van vízforraló, hanem emeletenként, ráadásul ott olyan helyen, ahol nem lehet azt üzemeltetni, mert nincs a közelben dugalj.
