Pros:

Ho apprezzato molto la posizione della struttura e il prezzo conveniente, soprattutto considerando che si trova in pieno centro.

Cons:

La struttura non mi ha entusiasmato particolarmente, ma considerando il prezzo è difficile lamentarsi. D’altronde, non mi aspettavo certo i servizi e il comfort di un hotel a cinque stelle.

Pulizia inesistente, abbiamo dovuto far cambiare le coperte, c’erano peli neri nel letto e il bagno non era stato lavato

Pros:

The location is good and close to the main attraction, and we wanted to thank the jilbab lady and the Indian-looking lady who were very helpful and kind when we asked for directions!

However, the other staff’s customer service is terrible. The check-in process was a pain, and the Malay woman at the check-in counter wasn’t friendly at all. The other Malay woman who works at the front desk every morning is the worst, very rude and unhelpful. I don’t know how someone like her ended up in customer service.

Overall its good and i like it The room is clean

Cons:

Only things that i felt a bit diffcult when one card/key provided .When i bump to the situation that my son fall asleep i cannot go out if i go out m afraid if he cannot wake up to open the door . I try to get a extra card but they said the hotel only provide one card
