Pros:

The bathroom view and the TV options were nice. The room was really clean, comfortable, and had a nice design.

Cons:

It wasn’t up to expectations. The shampoo bottle was half empty, and even the pen didn’t work. We paid a decent amount of money for breakfast, but it was very limited. By the time we arrived at 9:30, almost everything had run out. Some items were refilled, but it was still a very basic breakfast. The staff, both in the morning and at night, were not friendly in when responding to us. Also, the blanket was single-sized and too short.

Comfortable, great location and great staff!
Pros:

Great location, right be a metro. Easy to travel from the train station and really easy to get into Amsterdam central station. Hotel was very clean, there is a self service shop in reception that has everything and even an adapter plug as well forgot to bring one. Lovely patio to sit out on for a drink. Super friendly staff. Would stay again.

Pros:

Abseits vom zentrum, wenig los. ziemlich viel digitale ausstattung

Cons:

bett war hart. kissen unbequem. es liegt direkt neben der bahn, also dauerhaft zuglärm. die klimaanlage lässt sich nicht ausschalten, auch nachts nicht.

The stay was nice and the hotel is good but some changes need to be made
Pros:

The hotel feels luxurious, it has 3 elevators so you barely wait. The room is spacious and clean.

Cons:

The rooms don’t have light switches, they have a tablet that controls the lights and curtains, and the toilet has a motion activated lights. This was very inconvenient and uncomfortable, you find yourself tapping the tablet on random lights only to turn on all of them because you couldn’t find the one you wanted. Also, if you take a shower or sit on the toilet more than 5 mins, you start waving at the ceiling to turn on the lights.
We had a heat wave in the time we stayed and the hotel wasn’t prepared for that, they did give us a fan to try and cool the room more but to no avail. When we complained at the desk for the second time, we were told that there was an issue with the AC and “it’s now fixed and should be ok” but the previous desk assistant told us that this is how it usually is.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and this was already my second time staying here. The location is very convenient - close to the metro and with easy access to the Johan Cruijff Arena, which was perfect for my trip.
The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay, which created a very nice atmosphere.

Cons:

There were a couple of minor issues in the room: during the hot weather the air conditioning struggled to cool the room properly, and the sink in the bathroom was partially clogged. However, overall I still enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back again in the future.

Vi är väldigt nöjda med hotellet och rekommenderar det till andra och kan tänka oss bo där igen.
Pros:

Fräscht rum och badrum!
Extra plus att det fanns vinkyl och chrome cast.
Det var dessutom nära till tåg med förbindelserna vi önskade.
Trevlig personal!

Cons:

Wifi fungerade i stort sett aldrig. Vi kunde koppla upp men sedan slutade det att fungera.
Sängen gick på hjul vilket gjorde den väldigt svajig.
Det var en fläkt i taket som blåste på oss så vi blev väldigt täppta på morgonen.

L'hotel é bellissimo, con finiture di pregio e lo staff molto accogliente! É in una posizione veramente comodissima, la metro é molto vicina e ci sono anche dei supermercati. Anche lo stadio è vicinissimo e facilmente raggiungibile cosi come il centro città. La camera era molto pulita e dotata di ogni comfort ed il bagno era bellissimo e spazioso!
Ho apprezzato particolarmente il servizio taxi dall'aeroporto che ci ha permesso di raggiungere l'hotel comodamente e in poco tempo.
Consiglio!!!

Parking, quiet area, clean rooms

Cons:

I used to stay at this hotel every time I visited Amsterdam, but now I will never stay there again because of the deception and arrogance of the hotel management.

I booked a room with breakfast as always, but this time I was shocked when I arrived. The management completely changed the breakfast to a fully vegan menu — no sausages, no meat products, nothing at all. At the same time, they increased the price to 22 euros.

The worst part is that this was never clearly mentioned anywhere before booking. It feels like their attitude is: “You must pay more money and accept our personal lifestyle choices without having any option.”

Guests should always have a choice.

Voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Ruime, schone kamer, goede bedden en een fijne douche.
Koelkastje op de kamer om zelf wat in te zetten.
Betaalbaar parkeren in de parkeergarage bij het hotel (vooraf een plekje gereserveerd).
Goed ontbijt.
Dichtbij metro station, je bent zo in het centrum.

Cons:

De temperatuur op de kamer was hoog/warm, deze kregen we niet naar beneden met de airco.
