Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Tolle Lage und kurze Wege zu alles Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Pros:

Es gab ein tolles Frühstücksangebot und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Cons:

Es war ein bisschen laut durch die Baustelle, aber das haben wir vorher schon gewusst.

Pros:

Location, proximity to attractions and staff

Cons:

Street noise at very late hours or night and very early hours of the morning. Price of being central. Hotel is still worth staying again.

Rendkívül jó környéken van a szálloda. Szinte minden látnivaló gyalogosan elérhető.
A személyzet kedves, a reggeli bőséges választék és finom.

Cons:

Sajnos papucs nem volt, pedig a leírásban szerepelt, így nem vittünk. Kellemetlen volt.😉
A recepció kicsit fura, nem illik egy 4 csillagos szállodához.

Good business option in well connected, central location.
Pros:

Very convenient location in terms of sights, old town, downtown and the metro / Sao Bento railway station.
Clean, bright, fresh, elegant hotel.
Comfortable rooms with character. (Windows with shutters etc...)
Effective air conditioning.
Very good housekeeping / cleaning etc.
Friendly and helpful staff!

Cons:

In terms of value for money: the price point of this hotel is not budget, so certain things could be improved - e.g. replacing water in the rooms, improving on the offer of sachet instant coffee...
This is not the fault of the hotel - but there are building works to one side of the hotel and construction to the front of the hotel on the new metro. The rooms are not soundproofed - so sirens / traffic noise is present too.

Wasn't comfortable, but practical as far as location went. Staff were very good.
Pros:

The location was vowed good and the the hair blower was far
tactic. The staff were helpful and friendly and thwre was someone to help with our luggage.

Cons:

kThe room was dakr and small and had no accommodation for clothing except a small area of hangers. We lived out of our suitcases and there was very little room for that as well.
