Excellent. Would highly recommend for a work trip.
Pros:

I was not sure what to expect. It was a last minute booking and the key criteria was proximity to a conference location. From entering the door and being greeted by a really friendly staff member to a clean, well appointed rooom with an excellent bed and a great shower, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Perfect for my needs

Great warm hotel, well positioned and cosy.
Pros:

Positioning was great. The hotel is nice and warm. Laundry services are good and easy to use.

Cons:

You need to be sharing a room with someone you really know well enough to go to the toilet in front of as the toilet is right there next to your bed… Glass doors so all noises are heard… We found it very awkward.
No parking for when you hire a car. Paid parking all around so you have to park up the hill streets away so you don’t get booked.

Thin walls, noise from doors opening and closing in other rooms, I could hear every time the people in the room next door used the wash hand basin…loud gushing noise

Value for money in a great location
Pros:

Close to everything. Clean and spacious. This was a great place to stay. We have tried other, more expensive accommodation but it had nothing on this place. Very happy

Nothing. Staff seemed a bit disinterested but it was no biggie

Comfortable, clean hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Rooms are small, but well organized. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and facilities. Great shared spaces so we could enjoy our take away meals. Hotel is very close to the downtown and the bus stops to the airport, Arrowtown, etc.

Cons:

Would be great if the shared dining space had a microwave and a kettle - that would make it even more useful. I know that the vending machine has a hot water option, but it I had to dispense few cups to fill my tea bottle. Felts a bit like unsustainable solution. Having a kettle at least in the shared space would make a big difference
