Great location and newly built at affordable price.
Nothing by me but some might expect microwave/fridge in room but that didn’t concern me.

There was a blanket on the end of the bed that had old spew or sick on it. Obviously no one checked this blanket, just folded up again.
Central with good access to town, restaurants and sea front
We had no complaints about Mi Pad
Free hot drinks (hot chocolate to coffee & also free water with ice).
The look out on the balcony is lovely and nice to have dinner (brought in town and ate on the balcony as mi-pad had no kitchen).
The bedroom was nice, tidy and space was great and the light switch by the bed was convenient (they change colour too).
The 2nd floor place to sit was enjoyable with games and an outdoor area to sit.
We had a balcony in our room that looked onto Henry street, nosie wasn't bad with the cars, but was entertaining to watch as some cars would do a u-turn around in the middle.
We needed a last minute place to stay due to cancellation of our flights. This was close to airport and town and was perfect for this.
There was not a fridge in the room.

The property was only 2 blocks from where we had to go, everything was easy walking distance. The view was great from the roof top area over Queenstown and the water - just like the photos.
The free coffee machine was fabulous for us, great selection.
The social area gave you somewhere else to go to read a book, do a bit of work or even have a take away dinner.
I would have liked a small fridge, but prefer the coffee machine if I had to choose and we would probably only put milk in the fridge, but then you'd need a kettle and coffee sachets - so its far better the way it is.
Extremely lovely and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, great location, and amazing roof top views!
