The location - everything was very accessible and the rooftop view was amazing.

As someone who likes to have warm water in the morning, I wish the hotel could provide a kettle in the room. Have been using 3-4 cups for hot water in the vending machine. I also don't want to waste cups.
Clean, comfortable and located close to central Queenstown.
Neighbours a bit noisy ( not hotels fault just inconsiderate guests) but soundproof from outside.
The location was perfect! Just a short stroll to the main downtown area. Room was simple, clean and cozy. Beautiful view of the gondolas going up to the skyline. Breathtaking view from rooftop terrace. Free hot drinks was a nice touch this winter!

Great location and cheap price for modern and clean facilities
Very modern described as between a hostel and hotel. The mi-pad concept has free tea and coffee and ice machines on each floor, not in your rooms. Rooms are very clean, bedding good and the concept works a treat. Mood lighting, touch pad for every lighting, the rooms are simplistic but it all works and we are a couple in our early 60’s. Mi-pad offers group areas, library, games room, outdoor spaces. Each room has its own bathroom, good showers and the best thing is the location. You are literally 200 mtrs from restaurants, dining, opposite a supermarket and yet it is out of the hustles and bustle of downtown. If anyone has been to Queenstown they will know good accommodation is pricey. Mi-pad is reasonably priced in a great spot not up a steep hill.
