Good
Pros:

The receptionist was incredibly attentive and helped me arrange tours, activities, and transportation. All of the staff were amazing and made me feel very welcome. I also took a cooking class at the hotel and absolutely loved the experience. My room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself is beautiful. I truly loved my stay here!

Cons:

The spa experience was disappointing. The massage was not good, and the spa itself felt dirty and very disorganized. I also found it quite unprofessional that some of the staff were eating and doing their nails in the spa area.

Pros:

Todo genial. Pese a tener miedo por si había muchos bichos en la habitación no había ninguno y con las mosquiteras pasas genial la noche. La zona de la piscina es estupenda y el desayuno es tipo buffet. Un poco limitado pero correcto también. Personal muy amable. El spa es genial!!!

Breathtaking hotel
Pros:

The hotel is breathtaking beautiful with amazing views. We stayed at the bamboo family suite and had a spacious suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, small living room and balconies from each room. The air conditioning worked well, as well as the showers and hot water. The room had tea, water and mascito repellent spray which were all very handy. The pool and surrounding were beautiful.

Cons:

The mattress was too hard for my preference
We would have appreciated more western food options in the restaurant

The wonderful staff made our experience enjoyable.

Beautiful vistas. Gorgeous scenery. Amazing beautiful hard working staff. Fabulous pool.

Cons:

We found the property to be dated and lacked investment from owners. It was quite run down in areas and the furniture in restaurant and rooms was needing a complete refresh. The images on booking.com are deceptive. Our room had overgrown trees blocking the view that we thought we would have. Not enough sun beds around the pool despite it being so large and so many rooms. Food menu was a little boring and limited. Difficult to get around without taxis.

Ons verblijf was echt onbeschrijfelijk fantastisch! Wat een schitterend gebied en wat zijn de mensen (Thai) extreem lief en gastvrij. We missen Pu Luong nu al, en het was absoluut een hoogtepunt van onze vakantie in Vietnam. Onze dank gaat uit naar Phuong. Deze dame heeft zoveel met superveel liefde voor ons geregeld. Dikke shout-out naar het voltallige personeel van Pu Luong Eco Garden. Het was hier magisch!

Niks. Het was gewoon helemaal te gek!
