Nice stay in Almaty
Pros:

The room was clean, quiet and the bed very comfortable.

Cons:

Communication during breakfast wasn't always smooth. There were long waits and mix ups between rooms being serviced.

Я бы не рекомендовала данный отель. В отеле очень много проблем, которые пытаются решать сотрудники, но не всегда операт

Расположение хорошее, близко от центра

Cons:

Проблемы с электрикой, запах из слива в душевой, плохая звукоизоляция комнат, низкое качество уборки, изношенные банные полотенца и халаты.

Pros:

We like the smell of cleanliness, hehe. Also, we like the thoughtfulness of the young reception personnel. Both the lady (who checked us in) and Zajar (if I spell it corretly) are very helpful. They ensure that we got help on our luggage to our room as there is no lift in the facility and also offered us a take-away breakfast since we are checking out early. All in all, it's a nice stay.

Çalışanlar çok yardımcıydı. 2 günlük gezimizde bavullarımızı sakladılar. Erken çıktığımız için 2 gün bize kahvaltı paketleri hazırladılar. Dönüşte daha indimli oda rezerve ettiler. Kahvaltısı lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Konumu Panfilov ve Arbat civarına 15 dakikalık yürüyüş mesafesinde . Tertemiz bir otel.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms are rather modern and clean.

Cons:

There was no hair dryer in the room and when asking the receptionist, they said they don't have any. Finally they found one after asking a few times.
