Pros:

Все в шаговой доступности Арбат, парк 28 панфиловцов, станция метро, зелёный базар. Прямо в центре города расположен. Всем рекомендую. В следующий раз когда будем в Алматы только сдесь будем останавливаться

Sehr nettes Personal
Pros:

Das einzig schöne und gute an diesem Zimmer (twin room) war der nette junge Rezeptionist.Wir hatten einen med. Notfall und der junge Mann war unglaublich hilfsbereit.Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Vielen vielen Dank für die ganze Mühe, Apothekengänge und die Organisation!!
Die Lage ist auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut.Daher nicht möglich das Fenster zu öffnen. Ich glaube wir hatten das schlechteste Zimmer überhaupt.Kaputter Boden, unbequeme Betten,Teebeutel vorhanden aber kein Wasserkocher,unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer.'Würde ich nicht mehr hier nächtigen wollen. vll sind die anderen Zimmer zum Hof hin besser.Das Frühstück war auch nichts.Viel zu teuer für die Qualität.
