Ein sehr großes Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Freundliches Personal und ein Parkplatz vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel kann man schon verlangen das die Handtücher nicht zerrissenen sind und das eine Zahnbürste oder Seife vorhanden ist. Das Frühstück war sehr klein keine große Auswahl, es wurde wenn etwas leer war erst nach längerer Zeit nachgefüllt, der Kaffee eine Katastrophe.

We had a peaceful and comfortable stay at M Pattaya Hotel.

What we liked about M Pattaya Hotel was that everything was great overall.. The triple room was superb, spacious, comfortable, and perfect for my parents and sister. The twin room was a little small, but we were still very content and comfortable with it.. We also really appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable..

Cons:

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and there wasn’t anything major we disliked.. If there’s one small area for improvement, it would be the guest interaction experience... The staff were polite and did smile, but a slightly warmer and more approachable hospitality touch would make the experience feel even more welcoming... That said, everything else was good, and we enjoyed our stay...
