Parking for guests of the Rydges Wellington Airport is available in the Wellington Airport multi-level car park building on levels 2 to 7 at a rate of $30.00 per overnight stay. The Wellington Airport car park building is located adjacent to the hotel. Upon entering the car parking building, you will be required to take a ticket. Please present this ticket to Hotel Reception for validation prior to exit.
If you do not validate your ticket at Hotel Reception prior to exit, standard Wellington Airport car park pricing applies. Hotel staff have no way of knowing if you have parked your car in the car park so cannot remind you to validate this ticket. There is no way to reverse this process once started.
For the health and safety of our guests, each accommodations room has individually channeled and controlled air conditioning.

The rooms where great very clean and comfortable and the joint room was great for our family
The doors between the room wouldn’t stay open and would get locked out, would be good to have door stoppers or somthing to help keep them open. The bins were also very small when traveling with a family this became very tricky. Would be good to have bigger bins or another spot to get rid of rubbish.

Our restaurant experience was not the greatest. Due to illness one restaurant was closed. The restaurant that was open was not serving the special (ribs) as advertised and had been looked forward to by us all. The second choice was also not available. We ended up going to an airport eatery. Then the breakfast buffet, we were told it was available until 9:30?? But were told to get there early as they may run out of food. 😳
The hotel was superb! We arrived very late so it was obviously situated in a prime location.
I cannot understand why there was a charge on my card the following morning when we didn’t have ANYTHING from hotel

Menu in the restaurant wasn’t that appealing, but there were plenty of other eating option in the airport.
Clean and comfy accommodation and fantastic location for a very early morning flight. Helpful staff and easy access
You can't get closer to the airport than this. It's so handy for late arrivals and early departures. You can watch the air traffic taking off and landing while you eat in the restaurant, or you can take a short walk to Moa Point and be right at the end of the runway. If you have a south facing room, you can also watch the ferries heading over to South Island.
The sound proofing between rooms and between the room and corridor was not the best, with other people arriving and departing at odd hours.
