Some good qualities albeit zero personailty, no staff interact to see if everything is satisfactory.
Pros:

The rooms are quiet and location quite good as its close to amentities in the town.

Cons:

When lots of guests arrive the noise of parking cars can be annoying, also the staff are not always very happy or communicative, which makes a guest feel uncomfortable. I strongly suggest that they receive training on how to present themselves to guests in a more professional and courteous way as they appear to be very good and uninterested in their guests. I know they won't like this, but being honest helps to bring awareness, and hopefully they can improve themselves, many guests told me as they were leaving that the service felt cold and that they wouldn't come back, so the hotel does need to train their employees if they want to have repeat business.

Quiet restful hotel and since I’ve been here several weeks I know the staff and they are helpful which makes it nice.
Pros:

Staff are very helpful and breakfast is fresh and tasty. Location is great and convenient stores within 20 metres so thats useful for snacks drinks etc

Staff did a great job and made me feel at home, very comfortable and close proximity to shops
Pros:

The location was perfect only a short walk to all the town amenities plus quiet and peaceful. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the receptionist also spoke some English so all in all they did a good job as a team , breakfast was also very nice and enjoyable which was nice.

Great location and good price.
Pros:

The hotel is located in an excellent spot. You can walk to many important places like Arco de Santa Catalina, Iglesia de la Merced, restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. The staff was very kind, and the hotel gives you keys to access at any time, it feels that you do not depend on anybody. The room was big, comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was the same every day, which is not bad, but you could offer some variety on it. At the end of the stay there were some tiny ants on one of the beds.

Great stay
Pros:

The staff was welcoming and exceptionally helpful. The room I booked was comfortable and very quiet which allowed me to sleep in and catch up on some rest. The continental breakfast was a traditional Guatemalan breakfast, and freshly cooked which was delicious. I will definitely go back.

El hotel no es como en las fotos, está bastante descuidado. Las paredes despintadas, las toallas bastante gastadas. Es más, ya no nos quedamos ahí y ya lo habíamos pagado.

Pros:

Está cerca del centro. Pero los cuartos parecen hornos. Súper calientes, el abanico no tiraba aire entonces nos tocó dormir con las ventanas abiertas. Si pueden conseguir otro hotel háganlo.

No me gustó que primero podíamos usar el Parqueo y luego nos dijeron que ya no. Entonces tuvimos que ir a dejarlo a otro Parqueo
