Historic building, clean and comfortable hotel.
Food was excellent with some friendly staff, particularly Eduardo, who was particularly helpful and friendly.
We arrived around 10am because of an early flight and the welcome wasn’t particularly friendly.
We knew we would have to wait for our rooms to be ready, but the man on reception wasn’t helpful when we asked for pool towels or where we could change into swimming costumes.
There are no tea/coffee making facilities, but I think this may be quite common in Italy, however not what we’re used to.
L'hôtel est très bien situé à quelques kms de Lucques dans un beau cadre de verdure. Nous avons apprécié le calme, le parc, la piscine magnifique et le parking. L'établissement a beaucoup de charme. Personnel très à l'écoute des clients. Accueil excellent. Les chambres sont très confortables avec clim. Bonne literie. Petit déjeuner au top ainsi que le restaurant. Un séjour de rêve.

Staff were amazing so helpful and friendly , relaxed stay in beautiful surroundings , view from our window was just lovely.
Some scrambled eggs at breakfast instead of the hard fried eggs.
Beautiful location only 4 miles from Lucca. Great food and drinks. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great pool in lovely olive grove/ orchard.
Taxi to and from Lucca quite expensive, a car would be a good idea of you were staying for longer. The rooms were large with good bathrooms and lovely views but a little sparse.

Pool area v nice, water was a little warm but it was extremely hot when we were there. Room was v clean and air conditioned. The breakfast/restaurant setting is pleasant and pastries v nice. I would reccomend staying here if you are looking to be outside the city centre and easy access to both lucca and pisa, whilst wanting to relax by a pool.
Shower wasn’t great and was a little disappointed with the decor of the room as it was v basic and didnt have a grand feel like the reception. Also reception and breakfast area are not air conditioned.
Very expensive taxis into lucca for just a 10 mins journey. Think they should organise a cheaper shuttle.

The setting is stunning and the grounds are beautiful. The food was good and the dining room and the pool setting were tranquil and relaxing.
Taxis are extremely expensive and so it is best to have a car to stay here. Although there is a bus into Lucca with a bus stop not far from the accommodation.
Excellent range of foods for breakfast.

Sehr schöner Pool mit Garten. Restaurant war auch sehr schön. Zimmer war sauber und der Ausblick vom Fenster war auch schön. Es war toll, dass man über einen QR Code beim Pool bestellen konnte.
Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es beim Föhn einen Lockenaufsatz geben würde.
