Thanks for upgrading me to President suite. It is another good experience I received besides the city itself.
Pros:

Good Location. Not far from Sapa Square. Many restaurants nearby. Good view of Mountain and can see train to Fansipan.

Cons:

I am at the hotel which was not a good time due to construction surrounded. It might be better during high season.

Location, staff and food

Cons:

Big problem at check in. My reservation was prepaid several months ago. That credit card was compromised so I had to replace it. I updated Booking.com before my trip. The front desk would not except any evidence I had and made me pay for the stay again $584. Still waiting on a refund.

Our stay in the hotel was great! We enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

The hotel is clean and properly managed and maintained. The staff are nice and accommodating. The location is very accessible.

Cons:

The sink in the swimming pool area on the 1st floor is clogged. Also, the property doesn’t have iron or doesn’t provide iron.

Breakfast wasn’t fantastic but ok.

Had a good view of the mountain.

Cons:

The flushing system was bad. If we are not supposed to throw toilet paper into the toilet bowl, the hotel should have alerted us.

Everything external of the room was satisfactory.
Pros:

The breakfast was alright and the location of the hotel is good. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The size of the family suite room with only one toilet serving 4 members of the family was a challenge. The room also does not have a common hall. Like in many double room suites, it should have two toilets and a common hall.

Definitely a wonderful experience in Sapa!
Pros:

The lady at check in, the bell man who helped us with our luggage and the other lady front desk who assisted us with booking a taxi. We got a complimentary upgrade to a family room which is excellent. The rooms are big, good selection for breakfast and I love the rooftop pool. Thank you to all the staff for preparing a complimentary welcome cake on the first day and a small birthday cake for my mom yesterday..

Cons:

The shower over bath was too high, not accessible friendly especially travelling with senior citizens. Overall, we had a great stay.

Overall, Sapa has become a bit too commercialized. Room rates aren’t exactly cheap.
