Pros:

The hotel is nice, clean, and fresh. You get what you pay for, and the buffet is awesome. I will definitely come back and stay at Pistachio Hotel again.

Pros:

Awesome Location, Great staff. Ms. Huyen let us check in early. She even prepared a snack box for us for our way back to Hanoi. Also, got complementary Cakes on our first night. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

A wonderful stay! The hotel room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with an incredibly cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The balcony offered a fantastic view, which was a lovely highlight of the stay.

The breakfast spread was excellent, with a great variety of choices. The staff were kind, helpful, and polite throughout our visit, making us feel welcomed and well cared for. We also felt very safe during our stay.

This has been our best hotel experience in Vietnam so far. Highly recommended!

Thanks for upgrading me to President suite. It is another good experience I received besides the city itself.
Pros:

Good Location. Not far from Sapa Square. Many restaurants nearby. Good view of Mountain and can see train to Fansipan.

Cons:

I am at the hotel which was not a good time due to construction surrounded. It might be better during high season.

Cons:

Big problem at check in. My reservation was prepaid several months ago. That credit card was compromised so I had to replace it. I updated Booking.com before my trip. The front desk would not except any evidence I had and made me pay for the stay again $584. Still waiting on a refund.

Our stay in the hotel was great! We enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

The hotel is clean and properly managed and maintained. The staff are nice and accommodating. The location is very accessible.

Cons:

The sink in the swimming pool area on the 1st floor is clogged. Also, the property doesn’t have iron or doesn’t provide iron.

The hotel was rustic but I felt the rates were pricy.
Pros:

Breakfast wasn’t fantastic but ok.

Had a good view of the mountain.

Cons:

The flushing system was bad. If we are not supposed to throw toilet paper into the toilet bowl, the hotel should have alerted us.
