Nice quant Hotel within 5 minutes walk from centre. Very clean and nice choice of buffet breakfast.
Pros:

Location is good and walking distance from centre. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we had with plenty to choose from. The room was clean and big.

Cons:

We would have preferred to have a room in higher level. We we were on level 4 when the lobby was on level 6 meaning we were not very high to see the any view. But we spent most of our time out.

both pools were under maintennace and were not heated. The rooms were not properly cleaned. There is a construction site next to the hotel with lots of noise. bathroom can be refreshed.

The hotel is clean, neat, and well-maintained. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly lovely, friendly, and polite, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. I would definitely give this hotel a 10/10 and would love to stay at Pistachio Hotel again if we visit Sapa in the future!

Excellent value for money. It looked great in the photos and my high expectations were met.
Pros:

I really enjoyed this hotel. Family stayed in 2 very large rooms overlooking the street on the 10th floor. It was very quiet. The rooftop pool is spectacular- if a little cold. The view from where you eat breakfast from was lovely and great variety for the buffet breakfast. Very comfortable stay. Lots of food options around the hotel and easy to get around- walking or grab.

Cons:

Maybe a little heating for outdoor pool. Indoor pool is heated but it feels stuffy and doesn't have the spectacular view of the outdoor pool.

Przepiękny hol hotelowy, pyszna cynamonowa herbatka na powitanie, idealna lokalizacja, pyszne śniadania, duży pokój, bardzo duża wygodna łazienka. Klimatyczny bar z pięknym widokiem i cudowny basen z obezwładniającym widokiem na góry. Szkoda tylko, że basen jest nieogrzewany, ale widoki to rekompensują. Staff w recepcji bardzo miły i mòwiący dobrze po angielsku. Czyściutko. Pyszne śniadania.

Cons:

Bardzo uboga telewizja ze śnieżącym obrazem, bez możliwości aplikacji i streamingu. Bardzo mała liczba haczyków w łazience na ręczniki itp. pomimo dużych pustych ścian, więc jest mnóstwo miejsca na nie.

Perfect stay to readjust to time zone and feel at ease
Pros:

Beautiful decor, felt like a destination. Nothing dull. My room felt like a little haven after my long journey from London. Sadly I never saw the Mountain View as it was misty the entire stay. Staff were lovely. I enjoyed breakfast and ordered room service to my room.

Very nice location, clean, good service and friendly staff

Cons:

The flush system in the toilet wasn’t good. The pool where we tried to do the floating basket was cold. This should be heated, don’t advise to get into that freezing water.
