Le personnel était très bien. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et varié.

J'ai fait laver mes vêtements, mais au retour, ma paire de chaussettes avait disparu (et on m'a remis celle d'un autre client). Face à cette perte, la réceptionniste a refusé tout remboursement, se contentant de déduire le coût du lavage de l'article manquant. Je trouve ce service médiocre pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. De plus, les tarifs de la blanchisserie sont excessifs comparés aux hôtels qui facturent au poids et non à la pièce.

We loved Pistachio Hotel!
Pros:

Everything was great. The service and facilities were fantastic and it was a short walk from the centre.

Cons:

The swimming pool on the roof was a little bit cold.

Muy buena
Pros:

Buen hotel, con lindas vistas. Nos dieron un upgrade de la habitación y todo estuvo muy bueno. El desayuno muy rico y variado. El personal siempre dispuesto a ayudarte y revolver inquietudes. Nuestra estancia fue muy buena.

Pros:

Got in early from the sleeper bus, they stole your bags for you and also have toilets and showers available to freshen up in.
Can walk to town quite easily.
Breakfast buffet was delicious.

Cons:

A little bit pricey.
Sapa gets very foggy so we couldn’t see a view from the room. Not the Hotel’s fault, but you pay for a view and because the weather is so volatile, you might not get one.

Quite authentic mountain experience , comfort luxury hotel

The absolute best place to stay in Sapa
Pros:

The absolute highlight of this hotel is the rooftop pool, that has an astounding view of Sapa and all the rice fields, mountains and valleys that surround it. It was unbelievable and absolutely worth every penny.
The rooms were cosy and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful.
I was absolutely in love with this hotel. There is really no better place to stay in Sapa.

Cons:

You couldn’t get very hot water in the shower, which was unfortunate because Sapa can get quite chilly.

Pros:

The breakfasts were the best in all of Vietnam, with a great variety. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff checked every day to see if we needed the room cleaned. The pool area was well-maintained and beautiful; the only downside was that there were too few sun loungers by the pool.
