Pros:

The premise of the accommodation sounds good but only in concept. Relatively recently renovated, though slightly messy finished.

- Good quality towels and bed linen.
- Nice capsule coffee machine with 2 capsules refilled daily.
- A mini bar - with multiple beverage options for extra charge.
- Air-conditioning worked well

In-suite dining was a great extra, a bit lacking of comfortable seating space in yhe room to dine.
•Breakfast was good, delivered warm every morning (order ahead).
• Lunch/snack menu (during afternoon) only has a few items but it is good and affordable.
Dinner menu (6-8pm) is limited and not greatly executed - all courses are brought at the same time and staff takes the domes with them so it gets cold quickly.
Great beverages selection - Cretan wines, cocktails, beer, coffee, etc.

Cons:

The lack of comfort was unfortunate. It needs to be improved to match the price range they are aiming at. Throughout hotel the style is radiating wellness but it lacks finess.

Experience of room 11:
- The bed is small and short, the mattress felt worn out and lumpy, the bed frame creaked and lacked support;
- the "couch" is a plank box with a flimsy garden cushion on top and wall as back support;
- tv is small and no smart features;
- every single chair in the room is very stylish but uncomfortable;
- bathroom was dark and lacked shelfs and more hooks for towels.

Outside:
- concrete bench with thin cushion is uncomfortable;
- the "sunbeds" is actually a plank which is not level, super thin cushions and completely covered by overgrown trees, hard to reach it without scratching yourself;
- the pool is cold
- the hotel is facing North so very little sun is actually available, very breezy

Une étape au paradis !
Pros:

C’est seulement le top du top ! Les installations sont superbes, la piscine privée vraiment géniale. Et alors que dire de la gentillesse et disponibilité des deux jeunes filles de l’accueil , nous étions au paradis !

Pros:

Perfect location on a beautiful gorge . A short 10min drive from Sougia. There is always a nice breeze so it’s never hot even in very warm days. The staff was just fantastic, everyone is incredibly welcoming and proactive. We had dinner once and it was great. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The bathroom had a little smell from time to time but nothing unbearable. The pool lights stays on overnight, it would be nice to have a switch in the room to watch the stars

Magnifique endroit
Pros:

2 emes séjour dans cet établissement, hôtel de charme impeccable et je vous conseille là petite auberge au dessus pour manger.
Service impeccable et qui peut vous organiser la randonnée auberge sein de la Samaria gorge.

Ce fut un séjour ressourçant , magique, reposant fait de belles rencontres.
Pros:

Tout était parfait. Le lieu magique. Les bâtiments qui se fondent dans la nature, les chambres sobres et de bons goût avec leur petite piscine, le service impeccable, les massages de Joanna incroyables et l’accueil de Maria extraordinaire. Un très grand merci à Maria pour son énergie pétillante, pour l’organisation de notre séjour avec ses bonnes idées et ses belles surprises pour le rendre encore meilleur🥰

Heerlijke plek om te verblijven als je komt voor je rust.
Pros:

Heel gastvrij en vriendelijk personeel. Maria was erg vriendelijk en gaf ons allerlei tips en aanbevelingen voor activiteiten die we in de buurt konden doen. Ook mochten we later uitchecken zonder extra kosten. Ook de dames van housekeeping hadden altijd een glimlach en lieten de kamer tip top achter.

Cons:

De jets in het zwembad stonden stil, waardoor er veel insecten in het water terechtkwamen/bleven. Dit kon best vervelend zijn.

Personeel was wel zo vriendelijk om het zwembad schoon te maken, maar na een aantal minuten herhaalde het probleem zich weer, omdat het zwembadwater gedeeld wordt met de buren.
