Hotel assez récent, très propre et bien tenu. Chambre spacieuse et moderne, bonne literie et salle de bain agréable.

Cons:

Personnel d'accueil lors de notre arrivée (pourtant en journée) qui ne montre aucun intérêt, lève à peine la tête pour vous parler avec la bouche pleine. Ne donne pas les "voucher" petit déjeuné alors que son collègue le lui a rappelé 2 min avant, ne tient pas compte de notre numéro de membre du group Hilton Honors alors que nous sommes gold dans ce programme,...

Restful and pleasant though not completely what I expect from a great hotel.
Pros:

Morning coffee bar was great, room was comfy and clean & the location was perfect. Quiet nights sleep! The carpark next door for my reveal car was easy and convenient.

I expected a full proper restaurant so the simple buffet only was a bit of a downer. But to be fair there are brilliant breakfast options very nearby. I will definitely stay again. Thank you.

The lack of a proper restaurant.
I wanted to use the laundry service but was told housekeeping would not pick it up at my room and I must bring my laundry downstairs. I was also told it may not be finished for same day service even though I had it ready at 6:30am. In the end I decided not to use the service.

Lack of housekeeping
Pros:

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay, especially given that this is marketed as a luxury hotel.

At 5:00 AM, the in-room alarm—clearly left on by a previous guest—went off and completely disrupted our sleep. This is a basic housekeeping oversight that should have been caught before we arrived.

What made matters worse was the lack of response and customer service. I tried to contact the hotel to discuss the issue, but no one answered the phones. I then used the chat feature in the app, where I was told a supervisor would follow up with me. No one ever did. Even after checking out, my attempts to follow up through chat have gone unanswered.

For a hotel at this price point, both the attention to detail and the level of service fell far below expectations. I would not stay here again based on this experience.
