It was an emergency stay but the hotel staff was great and hotel clean
Pros:

Cons:

Falta de serviço no quarto. Não limparam o mesmo e não efetuaram a troca de toalhas durante a minha estadia.
Funcionaria da recepção do turno da tarde mal criada e sem vontade alguma em resolver os problemas dos hóspedes. Durante 4 anos, fiquei sempre ali não minhas viagens frequentes a mobile. Nunca mais.

Horrible stay bugs and raise prices in check out
Pros:

First when checked into room rolled down curtain and found bugs all over curtain. Not one but about 20. Was moved to only room they had first floor handicap room. This room is very worn stains in carpet, ceiling, shower, crack in floor. Looks dingy and very worn. Booked for work at one price when checked out another rate and was told we don’t follow that rate. Took discount off first room night and still bill more than what I booked for. Don’t do it!

The breakfast was good. The workers were fantastic.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was poor. The window shade would not roll up. The temp could not be controlled. One lamp beside the bed did not have a shade or bulb. There was a musty smell.

Moldy mess and GM no help at all

THE ABSOLUTE WORST STAY AT A HOTEL I HAVE EVERY HAD IN MY LIFE PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Hampton Inn 80 Shell st. Saraland, AL 36571. I just checked out today 3/1/2026. I was at this hotel for 2 night the 1st night I was not that but the second night I arrived really late to find mold all over the bathroom. The next morning I advised the so called “General Manager” BRANDI SMITH about my experience and she advised me she was just going to have the room cleaned and given back out to another guest that night, she also said to come talk to her when I checked out. Of course because I was looking to be compensated she was not available. The service was crappy the managers even crappier but my 2 night stay was over $400. Please see the photos below and as a Hilton honor member for over 10 years this is unacceptable. I called the customer service line and no one can do anything for me. I will never stay at another Hampton Inn in my life. Straight disgusting. Don’t stay in room 100

Best hotel in Saraland
Pros:

Have stayed here many times. Always friendly staff, always clean and comfy and always beautifully decorated. The General Manager Brandi is amazing. Always helpful and friendly
