Carino, senza molte pretese. Servizio buono.
Pros:

Personale molto gentile e cortese. Servizio buono. Colazione variata e buoni prodotti. Ottime possibilità di parcheggio. Vicino al centro città e molto silenzioso.

Cons:

Le stanze sono arredate in modo semplice e un po' fuori moda, ma nonostante tutto, era molto pulito. Avrei preferito avere un minibar nella camera (l'unica cosa che mancava). Per il resto tutto bene.

A beautiful, authentic hotel with a delicious breakfast and stunning mountain views all around. Excellent service, we highly recommend it!

Cons:

The beds were a little too firm, but of course, that is very personal. A small fridge in the room would be nice.

Pros:

The hotel was perfectly located with a short walk to the main road with shops and restaurants as well as gondalas to various mountains. Leanne was very helpful. The place was so cute and clean.

Cons:

It was a little warm in the room but it was unusually warm for when we stayed.

Great location, lovely staff, would stay again
Pros:

Excellent staff that made me feel incredibly welcomed. Good size room with a lovely balcony view of the mountains and comfortable lounge chairs. Luggage storage after check out is available. Strong wifi. Location is about ~10min from the town square/main bus station and close to the funiculars.

Cons:

The free breakfast was better than your typical American continental breakfast, but I've had more options at other Ortisei hotels. Late check in (after 730pm) will incur a charge - first I've experienced this at a hotel.

This charming hotel was conveniently located, the staff were very helpful and breakfast delightful.
Pros:

Breakfast certainly catered for even the most fastidious individual. It satisfied my breakfast needs completely.

Cons:

A small fridge in the room would have been nice, so as to keep the fruit and water I bought cool.
