Decent place and location for a fair price.
Pros:

Good clean area no indigents. Close to all forms of restaurants and various types of entertainment.

Cons:

the rooms are small and have just the bare necessities. The floor in the room was not clean. both my buddy and myself are bald and the room floor had enough hair to be mistaken for a bear rug. Literally a handfull of long blonde and brown hair was piled up on the floor like a ghost turd. Smudges on the windows from previous guests who apparently liked to make large obvious streaks across the glass.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was a nice touch.

Cons:

The reception area was noisy; but that was to be expected since it was also a rec area for kids. Noise didn't last long and wasn't overly loud.

Pros:

Everything! I go to Louisville at least 4 or 5 times a year to get my international flights. My experience with hotels has been acceptable. This hotel surprised me so much due to its outstanding service, beautiful facilities, and great location. I already save it in my contacts as “best hotel in Louisville “
