Simply Amazing
Pros:

The Rose Hotel Chicago was a great experience. It's in a great location. The staff was top notch. The airport shuttle was also amazing. I enjoyed the gym as it had a great variety of different equipment. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

Amazing hotel!
Pros:

Marylin and Angie from front desk to dining experience and housekeeping were so wonderful and friendly! The services are amazing, clean beautiful hotel! Surpassed my expectations! Definitely recommend!

Layover for the night in Chicago with early AM flight out.
Pros:

Large rooms. Nice restaurant bar with live music. On time 24 hour shuttle to airport. Friendly staff.

ROSE is a good option
Pros:

Arrived early and were allowed to check in early. Room was already available. Had booked a two queen bed room but the system showed a king bed. Receptionist quickly resolved this. The included Breakfast isn't a buffet but rather a al la carte breakfast. It was good with good coffee. Very close to Shopping Mall which the reception organized the shuttle to drop us off there. Good service.

Cons:

The hotel offers an airport shuttle service. Unfortunately we were not aware that you need to call the hotel to advise them you need the shuttle to collect you from the airport. So stood outside freezing for 45 minutes and eventually got a taxi there. This should be highlighted when booking.

We arrived at 1am and I called earlier to see if they would have room service still available and they said yes but it wasn’t. We had to buy chips from the snack room for dinner
