Pros:

Posizione perfetta vicino al mare, ma anche a ristoranti e negozi.
Stoviglie per i bambini a colazione.
Parcheggio disponibile sul retro dell’hotel, ma a pagamento.

Cons:

Scale per raggiungere la camera, non c’è l’ascensore.
Non c’era la culla per i bebè.

Cons:

mi cama doble estaba debajo de un techo inclinado , al levantarme o ir a buscar algo en la mesita de noche me dí varios golpes en la cabeza , es inaceptable alquilar esta habitación a personas sin pedirles su altura . Personalmente soy de estatura media , 1,68 m y menos mal que no vine acompañado de mi marido de 1,80 m , el cual de noche se levanta varias veces medio dormido - urgencias seguro ! 170 Euros la noche para esta habitación , por muy bien que estaba el desayuno , es excesivo - encima no hay ascensor - la habitación estaba en el segundo piso .

Mittendrin in der Sylter Urlaubsstimmung
Pros:

Grosszügige Räumlichkeiten, wie in einem Ferien-Appartement. Feines Frühstücksbuffet, freundlicher Empfang.

Cons:

Treppen innerhalb des Appartements, durch die Aufteilung auf verschiedene Gästehäuser etwas verzettelt, fehlende Fahrradeinstellmöglichkeit

Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Die Zimmer sauber, aber renovierungsbedürftig. Die Heizkörper sind extrem rostig und den Türen könnte etwas Farbe auch nicht schaden. Für 1 Nacht in Ordnung mehr aber auch nicht.

Cons:

Straßenlärm, keine Klimaanlage, noch nicht einmal ein Lüfter, war zu warm. Frühstück war auch sehr spärlich, alte Aufgebackene Brötchen

Pros:

Sehr gute zentrale Lage des Hotels z. B. 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Frühstück war gut. Personal, insbesondere beim Frühstück, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Einrichtung der Zimmer und Santärbereiche im Gästehaus bedürfen dringend einer Modernisierung/Renovierung.
Hier habe ich grundlegende brandschutztechnische Einrichtungen vermisst. So gab keinen zweiten Flucht-/Rettungsweg, keine Abtrennung der Etagen mit Brandschutztüren etc. Im Falle eines Brandes im Treppenhaus wäre eine Flucht nicht möglich gewesen. Auch habe ich keine beleuchteten Notausgangsanzeigen gesehen.
Einschränkend muss ich sagen, dass ich die Brandschutzvorgaben für derartige Gebäude auch nicht im Detail kenne.

breakfast was good, rooms were clean, staff are friendly and its location to the main market, resturants and beach is supper.

Cons:

poor wifi, not complete room service, unexpected extra costs from hotel to beach entrance, rooms had no view to market or streets it was just plain walls.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich den freundlichen und kompetenten Service beim Frühstück. Die Dame hatte trotz des hohen Gästeaufkommens alles perfekt im Griff.

Cons:

Die Rezeption des Hotels schließt um 18 Uhr, wenn man später einchecken will ist es etwas kompliziert. Das finde ich nicht sehr gastfreundlich. Außerdem ist die Parksituation dann sehr unübersichtlich einzuschätzen und wenn man dann falsch parkt ist das natürlich für andere Gäste unangenehm.
