Hotel con naturaleza
Pros:

Hermoso lugar, las instalaciones están en edificios separados lo que te obligaba a estar en contacto con el exterior (lo disfrute por que me tocaron días lindos, con lluvia creo q cambiaría).
Habitación bien, y áreas comunes de las habitaciones muy hermosas, comodas y amplias (con lluvia debe ser más linda esta parte) con chimenea y muchas mesas, sillones y libros.
La comida es increíble, todo muy bueno vale el pagar con comidas incluidas

Los senderos y excursiones están lejanos, se necesita vehículo oara desplazarce a ellas,

Relajo en un entorno maravilloso
Pros:

El entorno del lugar es maravilloso y las instalaciones impecables. Todo esto acompañado de una excelente atención del personal y un restaurant excelente. El SPA muy bueno también y muy tranquilo.

Cons:

Lo único que podría criticar es la falta de señalizaciones claras en el parque si uno quiere realizar paseos por los senderos de manera autónoma. Es algo que promueven en el hotel, pero la falta de señalética clara lo hace un poco confuso

Amazing resort
Pros:

Wonderful location, nice rooms, especially in the main building. Good food and very professional and friendly staff in particular Julieta which helped us a lot and always with a smile . Also the guidance for trekking was excellent.

Cons:

The indoor swimming pool was too warm so no option to swim ( the outdoor was too cold for swimming)the maintenance of the indoor swimming pool was not good- falling tiles from the walls

Excelente experiencia
Pros:

La verdad es que vivimos una experiencia espectacular, en todos los sentidos pero destacaré algunos.-
- La calidad del personal en general, pero especialmente al del restoran y bar, muy educados, amables y cordiales-
- El entorno de las instalaciones, campo y verde por todos lados, selva Valdiviana con trekings que te muestran lugares impresionantes.
- La carta completa un acierto, muy buena calidad y presentacion de sus platos.-

No matter some shortcomings, definitely a place to go to!

Great hideaway
Pros:

The location of the Hotel & Spa is amazing. We were greeted by Allison at reception, who was very helpful and pleasant.
Dinner was first class and staff and chef accommodated my Gluten issues with homemade first GF bread. The best bread I have had in years.
Great location for short hikes and very peaceful.
We both enjoyed for time here.
Awesome Hotel.

The park is magnificent. It’s like staying in a National Park with forests, waterfalls, lakes, mountains, grazing fields and great hiking.

una escapada de relajo, buena comida y bellos paisajes para hacer trekking.
Pros:

Cada vez que me hospedo me sorprende con algo novedoso. El menu del restaurante es nuevo, te ofrecen café, te, aguas y frutas de manera gratuita.
Camas muy comodas, habitacíon muy limpias, y la decoración de cada espacio una maravilla.
Nos quedamos en una habitación twin, las camas muy amplias

Cons:

Que no me dieran el detalle impreso de los gatos extras, propinas y de la estadia al momento de pagar. La solicité en Casa de los exploradores, y me dijeron que me llegaría al correo, que aun no llega. Y para tener una copia debía ir a la recepción principal, por lo que recomiendo siempre hacer el check out en la recepción principal.
Piscina temperada con temperatura muy elevada que llegaba a quemar.
