Pros:

Angenehme Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage, Einfahrt mit Aufzug, Checkout um 12

Cons:

Zimmer sah nicht so gut wie auf den Fotos aus, Tiefgarage sehr teuer auch für Prager Innenstadtverhältnise aber darüber wusste ich ja Bescheid, Zimmer war viel zu warm und Klimaanlage brauchte sehr lange um eine angemessene Temperatur zu erreichen, Kein Türschloss irgendeiner Art von innen im Zimmer

Super Lage, Zimmer konnte schon 14 Uhr bezogen werden. Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption

Tolle Lage, großer Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, saubere Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Auch die Fenster halten den Straßenlärm draußen.

Cons:

Der große Kaffeevollautomat war leider entweder kaputt oder er musste ständig gewartet werden. Die Frühstücksauswahl war überschaubar, hier könnte nachgebessert werden.

Definitiv das schlechteste 5 Sterne Hotel, dass ich in Europa gesehen habe.

Keine Ahnung wie dieses Hotel in der 5 Sterne Kategorie eingestuft werden konnte? Im Zimmer löste sich der Lamminat Boden, die Fenster liessen im geschlossenen Zustand den Lärm der Strasse durchdringen, das Frühstücksbuffet war ein Witz, der Tiefgaragenplatz überteuert....Das Ambiente und die Qualität der Einrichtung hatte mehr von einem Youth Hostel, als von einem 5 Sterne Hotel.

מיקום מעולה. 5 דקות הליכה לתחנת מטרו מרכזית. מחוץ למלון מספר קווי חשמלית ורבע שעה הליכה לעיר העתיקה. חדרים נקיים. מקלחת טובה. מזרון נוח

Staff gentilissimo, siamo arrivati alle 10:30 è hanno fatto il possibile per darci subito la camera, ottima colazione, ben posizionato, vicino alla fermata del tram con la linea 12 che ti collega subito al castello e centro di Praga. Ottima qualità e prezzo!
