Almost everything. The room was stylish, clean, and well-designed. The elevators were quiet and reasonably fast, and the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel is located just a few meters from a tram stop and within walking distance of the metro.

I also appreciated how quickly I was able to make a reservation and complete the online check-in while leaving another hotel that I had decided to walk out of.

Cons:

Nothing I really disliked, but it felt a bit odd to have a sink in the corridor. The headrest was also somewhat worn, with cracks in the faux leather.

Comfy and well situated
Pros:

Close to the centre and really comfortable and spacious room!

Cons:

When the window was closed there was a weird smell in the bedroom, otherwise it was great.
