Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I would especially like to thank two exceptional staff members from the morning shift who helped me on July 18th/19th.
One was a gentleman wearing glasses, and the other was a lady (who I believe might be a manager). Both of them were extremely polite, respectful, and helpful during their shift. Their outstanding service and great hospitality truly made a difference. Because of them, I have firmly decided that this hotel will be my absolute first choice whenever I return to Prague.

Für den Preis und die Lage völlig in Ordnung
Pros:

Für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Tiefgarage mit Autoaufzug hat problemlos funktioniert. Auch die Lage ist top, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Die 5 Sterne entsprechen aus unserer Sicht eher einem guten 3-Sterne-Hotel in Deutschland, was der Preis aber auch vermuten lies. Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber relativ sauber und etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Man darf einfach kein 5 Sterne Luxus erwarten

Lovely central hotel
Pros:

Convinient location. I had a deluxe room with balcony. The room was very spacious, had huge bed with a very comfy mattress and walk in shower where 6 people would easily fit. The room as whole hotel was very clean, friendly stuff always ready to help. Breakfast was nice and relaxing. It had everything I needed it.

Cons:

If I am gonna be picky, the reception is quite surprisingly blant and basic. It reminded me of hospital waiting room. Some pictures and flowers would go long way to make it more welcoming but this didnt affect my stay.

Every thing was good, just when asking to the girl at the reception about how to get to go to the raiway station next day early morning, she didn´t have enough information for a place that is very close to the train station and it was, believe me just crossing the street in the corner, get the stairs up to the bridge and just go straight for 15 min or 20 with luggage. Basic information like this is what mark the difference for people traveling. I loved the hotel, anyway and all the staff were kind.

Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr gut . Beim Frühstück waren die meisten auch freundlich aber nicht effektiv. Besteck fasst man nur am Griff an ,ebenso greift man nicht in die Tassen zum Hinstellen .
Das Zimmer und Bad waren gut , aber klein.

Cons:

Das Frühstück...... es waren zum Teil keine Tassen mehr vorhanden. Als Teetrinker ist es nicht möglich einen Teebeutel in einer Espresso Tasse aufzubrühen, auch wenn man nach größeren Tassen fragt. Es war nicht möglich eine Tasse über 45 min zu bekommen.
Das gleiche galt für Brot und Brötchen. 9: 45 und es gab nichts mehr und es wurde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt, auch nach Nachfrage nicht.
