Pros:

The hotel is in the best possible location - couldn't be better. It's close to all sights we come to Kanyakumari for - the Vivekananda island. By the way, it has very lovely promenade with a local market and a big Hindu Temle and a Church. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Everything I needed was provided, all in good condition. I was very pleased with my stay

Good location, run down property.
Pros:

Location, that’s all.
You can see the town from the rooftop.

Cons:

The description is completely wrong and misleading.
Not clean,
No toiletries, no toilet tissue,
Wood work in the room is rotten.
Bedsheets & blankets weren’t clean.
No hot water apart from for a few hours in the morning.
There is no breakfast in the hotel, they give vouchers to use at a restaurant.
No information given about WiFi password and the telephone number to call the reception. The info is given only when asked.
I’m sure previous guests would have complained but staff don’t seem to acknowledge it.

Pros:

The location is excellent. Very close to the beach and just a five minute walk. Kanyakumari Sea View from the Hotel is also awesome. Overall its worth the money you pay.

Its ok not very clean as we expect from the similar priced hotel

The Hotel is located at perfect location

Cons:

Hotel needs renovation to have better experience as per the hotel charges. Furnitures ,lift and fixtures are old and not clean

It is good enough for one night stay.
Pros:

Location of the hotel was excellent. Restaurants were within walking distance. There were various shops too which had lots of selections.

Cons:

The rooms were cosy with not enough supplies for bathroom.
