Hotelové pokoje propojené dveřmi se sousedním pokojem, odkud bylo vše slyšet..
Czystość, ciepła woda w basenie dla dzieci i bardzo dobre śniadanie.
Basen i club nocny oraz kręgielnia na Plus
Śniadania bardzo dobre duża różnorodność każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Lokalizacja dobra, blisko centrum miasta, w okolicy bliższej i dalszej wiele atrakcji turystycznych. Dostęp do basenu, stół do ping-ponga, bilard, sala kinowa z możliwością podłączenia swojego laptopa, sala TV z PS4, klub z kręglami.
Przy wysokiej temperaturze na zewnątrz temperatura w pokojach z balkonem nie do wytrzymania. Drzwi balkonowe usytuowane tak, że sąsiedzi mogą zaglądać do Twojego pokoju, brak rozdzielenia balkonów choćby parawanami. Brukowana droga przy hotelu co powoduje straszne hałasy przejeżdżających samochodów szczególnie wcześnie rano. Drzwi między pokojami niedostatecznie wygłuszają pobyt gości w sąsiednim pokoju.

Czyste pokoje, miły personel, sporo atrakcji w samym kompleksie hotelowym (kręgle, basen, spa, siłownia).
Standard pokoju zdecydowanie nie przystający do dzisiejszych czasów: niskie pokoje z karniszami utrudniającymi choćby uchylenie okna, brak klimatyzacji, malutki telewizor ze zwisającymi kablami i bez możliwości podgłoszenia powyżej poziomu ultradźwięków (przesadzam, ale faktem jest, że grał cichutko i nie dało się głośniej), słabo chłodząca lodówka, ciasna kabina prysznicowa w której dorosły i nie otyły facet ma problem z obróceniem się, bardzo słabe ciśnienie wody mocno utrudniające umycie się.
I stayed at Hotel Polanica Resort & Spa with my nine-year-old son, and unfortunately we were very disappointed.
One evening after dinner, we were thirsty, but there was no water dispenser or complimentary drinking water available for guests. The only place where we could get water was the restaurant, where we had to buy it. This was particularly inconvenient when travelling with a child.
The room was uncomfortable, and the pillows were terrible. The soundproofing was also very poor. Other guests were noisy late at night, and we could hear everything through the walls, so we were unable to sleep properly.
Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and did not provide the basic level of comfort and hospitality we expected from a hotel advertised as a resort and spa.
Hotel ma wiele praktycznych rozwiązań, dba o detale. Pyszne śniadanie, świetny basen i sauny. Miła obsługa.
