Lokalizacja, blisko szlaku serduszkowego. Bardzo różnorodne śniadanie.

Lokalizacja i uprzejmy personel. Smaczne i różnorodne śniadania.Różnorodność oferty.
Brak informacji w pokojach i na balkonach o zakazie palenia, powoduje że dym z papierosów jest uciążliwy dla innych.
W kabinach prysznicowych powinny być dozowniki skoro brak miejsca na szampon czy mydło.
W strefie saun brak jakichkolwiek wieszaków bądź regałow na rzeczy osobiste.
Do saun wchodzą goście w strojach kąpielowych bez ręczników - personel nie informuje o konieczności przestrzegania regulaminu. Czystość strefy saun i basenu na nie najwyższym poziomie, zalegająca woda na posadzce grozi wypadkiem.
Szlafroki do spa powinny być dostępne w pokojach.

Wszystko, było rewelacyjnie.
Uczynna obsługa, przestronny pokój, komfortowa łazienka, wygodne 2os. łóżko, bogate śniadanie - szwedzki stół, jest basen, kręgielnia. Położenie blisko centrum zdrojowego, ładnym spacerem przez dzielnicę willi w ogrodach i park. Zdecydowanie spokojniej niż w centrum. Też dobry wjazd i wyjazd, bo od głównej drogi z Kłodzka nie trzeba przejeżdżać przez uzdrowisko. Jeśli ktoś chodzi po górach, to dobry punkt wyjścia w okoliczne górki (a jest pięknie) i dalej w Stołowe. Nie korzystałem z bazy zabiegowej, ale następnym razem chętnie.
Czysto w pokoju. Toaleta nienaganna.
Był remont za oknem. Trochę wcześnie panowie zaczynali, myślę, że powinna być informacja o tym i zniżka. Przy dłuższym pobycie może być uciążliwe, ale pokoje są na dwie strony budynku, więc zapewne można uniknąć tego dyskomfortu.
