Good location and friendly staff
Pros:

Room was spacious, shower was good apart from no shelving, location was good near to the shops

Cons:

Toilet was to small, you have to pay extra to use the spa/gym and then it’s to busy you could not sit down
Air con broke and had to get a replacement but service was good on this
The balcony is not a balcony so thin

Exista optiuni mult mai bune la Brusseles !

Singura calitate a acestui hotel este pozitia sa - aproape de centru.

Cons:

Camera extrem de modesta fata de prezentarea si pozele de pe site.
WC-ul inchis intr-o camaruta atat de mica incat nu o poti folosi cu usa inchisa. Jenant.
Aparatul de cafea o rabla defecta. A fost schimbat de 2 ori cu altele la fel de proaste.
Hotel imbatranit, modest pentru 4 stele.
Restaurantul serveste un mic dejun jenant pentru un hotel de 4 stele. Produse de calitate inferioara. Personal plictisit si prea putin pentru numarul de clienti.
