Pros:

Unglaublich charmante Unterkunft. Anlage schön grün und gemütlich, sauber und sehr leckeres Frühstück. Pool auch top! Man wird mit allem ausgestattet wie Handtücher für Strand und Pool. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Hotelzimmer ebenfalls sehr süß eingerichtet und sauber. Nicht mal 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Cafés und Restaurants ebenfalls in 5 Minuten Fußnähe.

Good hotel right on the beach.
Pros:

Very nice large room, big bed with excellent aircon.
The location was right next to the beach.
Short walk to the marina, with good selection of bars and restaurants.

Cons:

The sea view was obscured by the house in front of us was our only small complaint.
The hotel is very well located, but they could make something more of the roof area as pool area is small.

Lage gut. Ausstattung verbesserungsfähig.
Pros:

Frühstück und Personal waren top. Die Lage und der Pool sind gut.

Cons:

Parksituation ist schwierig, obwohl im Angebot steht, dass es Parkmöglichkeiten gibt.

Zimmer etwas klein. Haken an den Wänden im Bad und im Zimmer wären vom Vorteil. Kleiderschrank ziemlich klein.

Keine Rollladen auf der Balkonseite. Zimmer bei Sonnenaufgang sehr hell. Den Rolladen an der Zimmertür bringt nichts, da der Rollladen am Balkon fehlt.

Der Geschäftsführer und das Personal sind sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit.
Eine Familiere herscht hier Atmosphäre sozusagen.
Man ist innerhalb einer Minute zu Fuss am Strand.
Das Frühstück ist Top.
Man bekommt soviel Abwechslung und so soviel wie man braucht.
Nichts wird Verschwendet.

Wärmstens zu Empfehlen dieses Hotel.

We had a great stay & the owner/manager, Orkun, was very pleasant & always offering help with anything.
Pros:

Great location to the beach, just a 5 min walk to gorgeous Ilica beach. Lovely fenced garden with a lovely pool, loungers. Nice roof terrace too, available to all residents. Close proximity to shops, restaurants & a big supermarket.

Tutto. A partire dal fatto che arriviamo e non ci accoglie praticamente nessuno! Abbiamo cercato e c’era una signora che parlava due parole a stento in inglese, in più era in una telefonata così importante che non ha potuto buttare giù nemmeno mentre ci mostrava velocemente la camera, il nostro arrivo l’aveva disturbata. Del proprietario non parliamo proprio, abbiamo dovuto rincorrerlo per pagarlo perché non c’era mai e se c’era, era con i suoi amici a divertirsi e chiacchierare, nemmeno ci salutava o ci chiedeva come andasse. Camera che non può essere assolutamente definita una suite: ambiente polveroso (dalle lampade alle tende) e i divani e poltrone erano sporchi (vedi foto), proprio come il bagno che evidentemente la suddetta signora era troppo indaffarata per pulire. Colazione: quello che c’è ti mangi, ok la preparano loro ma nemmeno ti chiedono se hai esigenze particolari. Le luci hanno ognuna un interruttore, quindi ci si deve fare tutto il giro della stanza per spegnerle una ad una. La porta dell’ingresso è rotta e si apre e chiude solo sollevando la maniglia. La porta del bagno la maniglia non ce l’ha proprio ma ci hanno messo una corda (vedi foto)! Non è vero che hanno parcheggio privato (pure ad un costo addizionale!) si parcheggia normalmente in strada! C’è un misero appendiabiti di alluminio con le rotelle! Tutto questo trattamento osano chiamarlo suite e ha un prezzo esorbitante e assurdo per quanto sia alto! Pensano che basti essere vicini al mare e avere una mezza piscina per avere dei prezzi così! Vi consiglio vivamente di cercare altrove!
