走路可以到天神商圈任何地方，甚至也可以去博多運河城！房間浴室有洗衣機，外面有小陽台可以晾衣服，住宿地點方便應該是最大優點，缺點是10點準時就會來敲門要求退房，而且態度強硬不客氣！

房內整體很乾淨，地點便利，附近生活機能也很不錯。唯一的小缺點是離車站有點遠，不過整體住宿體驗還是很好。

因為入住人數較多，垃圾累積得比較快，如果能多提供幾個垃圾袋，就更完美了。

部屋の広さは良かった。

ソファが古くてきれいでなかった。なんとなく湿っている感じでした。そのため座らなかったのでくつろげなかった。
