Nos dejaron tirados sin poder entrar

Reservamos este hotel porque anunciaba recepción 24 horas. Esa información resultó ser falsa. Al volver a las 2:00 a. m. nos dejaron fuera casi una hora porque el recepcionista estaba dormido. Nadie respondía al timbre ni al teléfono y tuvimos que buscar a un tercero para que lo despertara y nos abriera.

Lo peor vino después. En lugar de asumir su responsabilidad, se lavaron las manos, buscaron excusas y nunca respondieron al mensaje que les enviamos por WhatsApp explicando lo ocurrido. Es inadmisible que un hotel deje a sus huéspedes solos en plena madrugada por un fallo tan básico y, además, no dé la cara cuando sucede. Si no pueden garantizar una recepción 24 horas, no deberían anunciarla. Una de las peores experiencias que hemos tenido.

Nos Encantó Descanso Total
Pros:

Todo! Era más de lo que esperábamos. Súper acogedor , limpio y realmente para descansar y desconectarse , la piscina perfecta para refrescarse y abres la puerta y está la playa y el mar. El desayuno SÚPER completo y delicioso y excelente la atención del personal súper atentos a todo. Nos ayudaron con transportes y Planes en la ciudad. Cerca hay un carulla supermercado así que no nos faltó sino más tiempo !!

Super familiäre Anlage, tolles Personal, alle hilfsbereit und freundlich. Lage zum Strand und Airport exzellent

Das Restaurant hat nur bis 20 uhr auf. Als wir um 19.45uhr ankamen war schon niemand wer da. Wir hätten nebenan in einem anderen hotel essen sollen aber das war in der Dunkelheit nur am Strand zu erreichen und zu gefährlich
