Cons:

Habitación en malas condiciones, con hongos en las paredes, almohadas con hongos, ropa de cama en malas condiciones, olor a humedad, cucarachas en la habitación, el hotel tenía olor fuerte en el ascensor y en el restaurante, el desayuno no están preparados para atender personal, si llega un huésped de más, se quedan sin con que atender a los que ya están atendiendo.
Solicite el libro de reclamo y no me lo firmaron.

Realmente considero que el hotel no está preparado para recibir personal.

Experiencia agradable
Pros:

La limpieza de la habitación la hacian a diario pero tienes que indicarles en recepción

Cons:

No habia aire acondicionado, solo habia un ventilador que estaba en la pared el cual nl hacia barrido solo ventilaba en una sola dirección
