The location is very nice, with some nice amenities however the front desk ladies are very rude.

The location is very nice. The security guys are also extremely nice and helpful.

Agradável , ótimo custo - benefício
Pros:

Amplo, muito bem localizado. Funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos . Apto com 2 quartos/ suítes , uma ampla sala e cozinha grande, equipada com o essencial.

Cons:

O quarto principal não tinha ar no quarto, somente na sala.

Ok depending on your standards..
Pros:

Good location, we stayed in the apartment which she gave us extra space. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean.

Cons:

The floors were so dirty, if you took two steps across the floor in socks the bottom would turn black. The bathroom didn’t feel clean, and the toilet barely flushed. Very noisy from the street.

Cons:

El trato del recepcionista Kevin, muy déspota, mal trato, nada atento, parece que te estaría haciendo el favor de atenderte..., encima a propósito nos daba precios de la habitaciones que no eran cuando quisimos cambiarnos y no daba ninguna solución en el momento

Having a full apartment living... i was in a brand new unit.. I was the first owner!!! Breakfast was very good! Staff could not be more helpful!!

Cons:

Some floors were under construction remodel, so there was noise, but I wasn't there much in the daytime. But the workers were very pleasant.

Ni bien llegué baje a recoger un paquete que pedí por delivery pero cuándo intenté abrir la puerta del departamento no se podía, tuve que esperar como 45 min a que viniera un técnico a abrirla, así que la comida que pedí se enfrió. Cuando llegué hice el pago de 2 noches por adelantado, a la mañana del día siguiente me molestaron tocando la puerta diciendo que debía desocupar el departamento porque sólo reservé por una noche, les dije que no, que ya había hecho el pago y que revisaran bien a los mimutos me llamaron diciendo exactamente lo mismo, es decir no se tomaron el tiempo de revisar la reserva, les ddije que volvieran a revisar, me llamaron 10 min después para disculparse y decir que había sido el error de una de sus compañeras, lo curioso es que la empleada que me cobró cuando llegué fue la misma chica que me llamó, es decir quería desligarse de su error echandole la culpa a una tercera persona que no tenía que ver en el tema, pues el error lo cometió ella. La tina tenía pelos, el wifi era malísimo, se escuchaba mucha bulla de otros departamentos y personal al que se le tiene que repetir varias veces las cosas porque no entienden y desempeñan mal sus labores, me refiero a la empleada de lentes de recepción. No lo recomiendo, pésima experiencia.

Pros:

Situation géographique et cartier très agréable. Facilité pour aller dans le centre avec le Metropolitano. Appartement très spacieux avec 2 chambres connectées offrant chacune une salle de bain.

Cons:

Hôtel un peu vieillot qui nécessiterait un rafraîchissement. Bruit de la climatisation extérieure très forte et propreté moyenne.
