Location was good, perfect to go for a morning walk or evening run. There is also a new calisthenics facilities “Parque de la Juventud” within 5 minutes walking.
The rooms have goof air-conditioning but no balcony or view.
Everything was just standard. I don’t think it’s good value for money unless you get a discounted rate booking a few days before your stay.
It’s a good place for a short stay, solo travelers or for backpacking as the rooms are quite small and you will struggle if have big suitcases.
Breakfast was ok, nothing special, and service was a little bit skow as the waitor is just the receptionist. The coffee has way too much milk. You can get a better experience and food somewhere else as there are a few cafes within 15 minutes walking.
Note there is no elevator so you need to carry your luggage up either two or three floors.
Location was good and beds were comfortable.
There was absolutely no hot water and we couldn’t shower before our long overnight flight! They refused to compensate us in any way for the inconvenience. Their solution was to give us 50% off of a future stay which was not helpful since we were

Infelizmente tivemos a infelicidade da prefeitura estar com obras em Miraflores, com isso ficamos cerca de 12 horas sem água e quando voltou não havia água quente no chuveiro.

The room was very spacious and even included a separate sitting area with a comfortable sofa, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Miraflores and within easy walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and attractions. The breakfast was also very good, with an à la carte menu and the possibility to order as much as you liked.

It looks deceptive in photos, the paint in the bathroom was peeling, the towel was ripped. Common areas look larger in photos. Didn't feel like the rating reflected the hotel.

The bed was comfy and the breakfast was nice.
The flush did not work most of the time we were there. The room was run down and overall, did not look very clean. There was a cockroach in the bathroom when we arrived as well.
