Pros:

La Colazione è stata un'esperienza molto positiva. Il cibo era buono e preparato con cura. La posizione della struttura è molto buona, si trova nel centro della Medina molto vicina alla piazza Jemaa el-Fnaa.

O alojamento está muito bem localizado, o quarto é confortável, o colchão é excelente e, apesar de a rua ser bastante movimentada, não se ouvia o barulho do exterior.
O staff é simpático e prestável.

Cons:

Ficámos 5 noites e, durante toda a estadia, as camas nunca foram feitas e o quarto não foi limpo. A única coisa que faziam era retirar o lixo da casa de banho, o que considero insuficiente para uma estadia de 5 noites.
Apesar dos pontos positivos, a falta de limpeza e de manutenção diária do quarto foi uma grande desilusão

O pequeno-almoço era bom, mas pouco variado ao longo dos dias

UNA BUONA SCELTA!
Pros:

La prima nota positiva è lo staff, ragazzi gentili e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi informazione.
La posizione del riad è perfetta.
Molto buona e abbondante anche la colazione.
La nostra camera era al piano terra e quindi si affacciava sul cortile interno del Riad, stanza e bagno piccoli ma puliti, così come tutta la struttura.
Letto molto comodo e stanze dotate di tv e condizionatore.

Cons:

Nonostante la pulizia e la signora delle pulizie che passava tutte le mattina, nella nostra camera si sentiva un po' l'odore di umidità e la finestra nn si poteva lasciare aperta per molto perchè si affacciava sul cortile interno su cui si affacciavano anche le altre stanze. Ma comunque il Riad era molto pulito.

Ubicación excelente,a dos minutos de la plaza,personal muy servicial y encantador,desayuno estupendo,acogedor,terraza muy agradable para desayunar.
Hay una casa de cambio de moneda enfrente.
Estuvinos en una habitación familiar para cuatro personas.
Repetiria sin duda.

Cons:

Por decir algo la habitación para cuatro personas estaba un poco ajustado en cuanto al espacio para maletas y enseres personales,por lo demás todo genial.

El desayuno, la cercanía a la plaza Jemma el Fna. No se oyen ruidos y se podía descansar perfectamente. Personal muy amable dispuesto a ayudar en todo.

Pros:

Pudimos dormir los 4 en una única habitación. Aire acondicionado y habitación fresca al llegar. Recepción abierta 24 horas. Muy amables y serviciales. Buen desayuno en la azotea. Ubicación muy céntrica.

Cons:

La puerta del baño no cerraba. Poco espacio en la habitación para 4 personas. El desayuno no comienza hasta las 8.30

Magnifique séjour !
Pros:

J'ai passé 5 jours dans ce riad avec mes filles et nous en sommes ravies. Nos hôtes très très accueillants et aux petits soins, le petit-déjeuner copieux et délicieux, la chambre confortable, impeccable et la clim très appréciée. L'emplacement dans la Médina est très pratique et un très bon atout supplémentaire.

Pros:

El chico de recepción super atento, nos gestiono taxi tanto a la ida como a la vuelta y nos acompaño fuera de la medina para ayudarnos con las mochilas. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero están limpias. La ubicación más que excelente. El desayuno correcto en una agradable terraza.Sin duda repetiré cuando vuelva a Marrakech.

Algunas habitaciones son un poco pequeñas.
