Lovely
Pros:

I loved the hotel, the location was gorgeous and staff was amazing. Breakfast is good and pool is very nice.

Cons:

Our room had a little bit of humidity and it was uncomfortable specially when sleeping at night but it was fine.

Nice boutique hotel but overpriced with poor customer service

Great location and friendly staff

Cons:

I had to return to work a day early and needed to cancel one day at the end of a 10 day trip. The hotel wouldn’t refund me the money event though i gave them notice days before i arrived for my reservation. Their policy is that you need to alter it 7 days in advance. After paying for 10 nights and giving them a long term stay, you think they would provide supera customer service and credit you the one night. But no. After chasing them, they never provided the refund. Although the staff were great i will not return to any of their hotels.

Increíble, repitiriamos este hotel siempre que vayamos a Cartagena

Todo es maravilloso. La habitación en la que nos hospedamos era espectacular. Amplia y cómoda

De pronto las fotos superan un poco las expectativas especialmente para la parte de las piscinas y terrazas

En realidad es un sitio al que no volveriamos. No vale lo que se paga.

Esta bien ubicada en el centro, lo que lo hace de facil acceso y permite caminar por el centro, lo cual es agradable.

Cons:

Siendo de Cartagena, me senti muy triste con este hotel. El precio no es para nada razonable con la estadia. Nos tocó en un cuarto que era como estar en la misma recepción. A las 6am empezaron a poner vallenato y era imposible seguir durmiendo. Las cobijas estaban sucias y llenas de hongos, como se puede ver en las fotos. La ducha estaba tapada, por lo que el agua se salia e inundaba todo el cuarto.
El desayuno estuvo espantoso: un jugo de naranja rendido en agua, un pan integral duro, un queso aguado. El personal que atendia el desayuno estaba con pereza de atender recostadas en el meson de la cocina.
En realidad es un sitio al que no volveriamos.

Un muy buen lugar para quedarse en familia en Cartagena
Pros:

El hotel se ubica en un lugar muy céntrico pero retirado de los espacios nocturnos, por lo que es muy tranquilo. Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas y las habitaciones son cómodas. El personal es lo mejor del hotel.

Cons:

Aunque es un tema de todo Cartagena, al ser un edificio histórico tiende a ser de húmedo y con poca ventilación natural.
