May Beach Hotel

Πολύ κοντά σε κόμβο εξόδου από την πόλη, οπότε προσφέρεται για εξορμήσεις σε άλλες παραλίες της Κρήτης. Υπέροχη η παραλία δίπλα στο ξενοδοχείο με εξαιρετικό beach bar, γαλάζια σημαία και ενεργούς ναυαγοσώστες. Η απόσταση από το κέντρο της πόλης ιδανική (4 χλμ) για τρέξιμο πήγαινε-έλα το πρωί. Πάρκινγκ εγγυημένο για τους πελάτες. Προσβάσιμο εύκολα από την πόλη με ταξί και αστικό λεωφορείο. Σούπερ μάρκετ και εξαιρετικά εστιατόρια/καφέ σε απόσταση αναπνοής. Το προσωπικό υπέροχοι άνθρωποι, με πολλά χρόνια στην συγκεκριμένη επιχείρηση, κάτι που δείχνει την ανθρώπινη ποιότητα τόσο της εργοδοσίας, όσο και των στελεχών. Καταρτισμένοι, επαγγελματίες, εξυπηρετικοί, όμορφοι άνθρωποι. Η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη, οργανωμένη, ευμεγέθης. Το γυμναστήριο εξωτερικού χώρου, τα γήπεδα τέννις και ping pong, το pool bar μοναδικά, πραγματικά προστιθέμενη αξία. Το wifi επαρκές, χρειάστηκε να κάνω ένα επαγγελματικό meeting μια μέρα, που έτυχε από την περιοχή να κοπεί το ηλεκτρικό ρεύμα. Σε λιγότερο από πέντε λεπτά, το wifi λειτούργησε με εφεδρικό εξοπλισμό. Θα επιμείνω ότι πάνω απ’ όλα, οι άνθρωποι κάνουν την πολύ μεγάλη διαφορά. Όλοι! Χρήστο, Αφροδίτη, Μαρία, Αντωνία θα σας θυμάμαι με αγάπη, όπως και όλους τους εξαιρετικούς συναδέλφους σας!

Die Anlage des Hotels war sehr schön, sehr grün und gepflegt. Am Pool ist überall natürlicher Schatten duech die großen Palmwn dort, zudem ist dort ein angenehmes Klima, durch den Rasen und die vielen Pflanzen und Palmen. Insbesondere das Personal im Restaurant und an der Poolbar war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und sehr aufmerksam. Beim Frühstück gab es jeden Morgen frische Pfannkuchen und man konnte sich Omelette frisch zubereiten lassen. Der Weg zum Strand war sehr kurz. Mein Wunsch nach einer zweiten Decke wurde umgehend erfüllt. Das Essen beim Abendessen war lecker und es gab viel Auswahl, es wurde immer etwas frisch live zubereitet. An der Poolbar gab es zu den Getränken immer kleine Snacks gratis dazu, die Chips waren hausgemacht. Man hätte täglich mittags für 12 Euro ein Buffett dazubuchen können, was wir jedoch nicht in Anspruch genommen habe, weswegen ich es nicht bewerten kann. Am ersten Abend kamen wir sehr kurz vor Ende des Abendessens an und die Dame der Rezeption hat extra alles sehr schnell erledigt, damit wir noch etwas essen konnten, zudem hatten wir bei Ankunft eine große Flasche Wasser im Zimmer. Man konnte sich kostenlos Sonnenschirme für den Strand leihen.

Super nice hotel, welcoming staff, and great food. The pool area is definitely the highlight of the hotel - it is very spacious, with palm trees that make it feel like a little oasis. The beach is also very close, which is a big plus.

Tout, honnêtement on a cherché longtemps pour trouver un défaut tout est super dans cet hôtel: le personnel, la nourriture, la literie, les aménagements proposés, etc.
C’est un hôtel de petite taille c’est vraiment super agréable pour ne pas courir après un transat ou une place au restau.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

A hotel, az udvar és az előtér is gyönyörű, igazán kellemes és hangulatos környezet fogadott minket. A reggeli és a vacsora svédasztalos, bőséges és változatos kínálattal, az ételek pedig nagyon finomak voltak. A személyzet rendkívül kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész. Összességében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, szívesen visszatérnénk!

Hotel très agréable, calme et familial.
Gros coup de coeur pour les extérieurs, très arborés et fleuris. La piscine est calme, bien entretenue, et il y a un nombre suffisant de transats, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, de quoi satisfaire tout le monde.
Il y a des restaurants pas loin de l’hôtel, a des prix très corrects.
La plage est a 5 mn a pied, et très facile d’accès.
Nous y reviendrons si nous en avons l’occasion.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our experience.

The food was exceptional, with a great variety available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As we were all-inclusive, we were particularly impressed by the quality and choice of food throughout our stay.

Our room was clean and well maintained, and the pool area was absolutely spectacular — definitely one of the highlights of the hotel.

We also appreciated the personal touch from the owner, who took the time to approach us personally and ask how we were enjoying our stay. It was lovely to see such genuine interest in the guests' experience.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily return!
