Pros:

Le personnel est aux petits soins : nous avons eu un souci de bruit dans une chambre, ils ont pu nous déplacer ; notre fils fêtait son anniversaire lors de notre présence, nous avons eu un gâteau pour nous 3 ; nous pouvions échanger avec eux sur nos journées prévues...

Cons:

Rien à voir avec l'établissement en soit mais plutôt avec la clientèle : au niveau des chambres, il faudrait faire plus attention à être discrets car certaines personnes, même en vacances, essaient de dormir à 22h pour se lever tôt le lendemain et ainsi profiter de leurs journées.

Personeel was geweldig! Ontzettend vriendelijk. Prima hotel, mooie kamer, goede locatie op korte afstand an Rethymnon.

Cons:

Kamers zijn op het oog schoon, maar als je goed kijkt, zijn er wel wat hoekjes die schoner kunnen.

Et godt hotell
Pros:

Rene, pene rom med gode senger - deilige madrasser.
Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale.
Matsalen hadde særdeles godt og variert middagstilbud.
Frokosten var også variert og god.

Cons:

På rommet/badet: generelt lite knagger for å henge opp tøy/håndklær. Flere nattbordslamper hvor pærene hadde gått.
Dårlig wifi på rommene.

Utendørs: måtte gå langt for å komme til stranda, da broen ditt var midlertidig ødelagt.

Renhold: drikkeglass på rommene ble ikke utskiftet

Très belle surprise concernant cet hôtel, personnel très accueillant dès notre arrivée et aux petits soins tout le long de notre séjour. hôtel magnifique et moderne. Espace réservé pour les enfants super (piscine) excellent buffet que ce soit le matin et le soir.

Cons:

Petit bémol, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un jeu fictif pour les enfants hormis la piscine.

Διαμονή με προδιαγραφές μεγάλου resort και την μοναδική φροντίδα μιας κρητικής οικογένειας!
Pros:

Πολύ κοντά σε κόμβο εξόδου από την πόλη, οπότε προσφέρεται για εξορμήσεις σε άλλες παραλίες της Κρήτης. Υπέροχη η παραλία δίπλα στο ξενοδοχείο με εξαιρετικό beach bar, γαλάζια σημαία και ενεργούς ναυαγοσώστες. Η απόσταση από το κέντρο της πόλης ιδανική (4 χλμ) για τρέξιμο πήγαινε-έλα το πρωί. Πάρκινγκ εγγυημένο για τους πελάτες. Προσβάσιμο εύκολα από την πόλη με ταξί και αστικό λεωφορείο. Σούπερ μάρκετ και εξαιρετικά εστιατόρια/καφέ σε απόσταση αναπνοής. Το προσωπικό υπέροχοι άνθρωποι, με πολλά χρόνια στην συγκεκριμένη επιχείρηση, κάτι που δείχνει την ανθρώπινη ποιότητα τόσο της εργοδοσίας, όσο και των στελεχών. Καταρτισμένοι, επαγγελματίες, εξυπηρετικοί, όμορφοι άνθρωποι. Η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη, οργανωμένη, ευμεγέθης. Το γυμναστήριο εξωτερικού χώρου, τα γήπεδα τέννις και ping pong, το pool bar μοναδικά, πραγματικά προστιθέμενη αξία. Το wifi επαρκές, χρειάστηκε να κάνω ένα επαγγελματικό meeting μια μέρα, που έτυχε από την περιοχή να κοπεί το ηλεκτρικό ρεύμα. Σε λιγότερο από πέντε λεπτά, το wifi λειτούργησε με εφεδρικό εξοπλισμό. Θα επιμείνω ότι πάνω απ’ όλα, οι άνθρωποι κάνουν την πολύ μεγάλη διαφορά. Όλοι! Χρήστο, Αφροδίτη, Μαρία, Αντωνία θα σας θυμάμαι με αγάπη, όπως και όλους τους εξαιρετικούς συναδέλφους σας!

Είναι εμφανής η αφοσίωση των ανθρώπων του May Beach Hotel στην ικανοποίηση του πελάτη. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα, αλλά θα μπορούσα να εκφράσω ότι υπάρχει μια ευκαιρία για βελτίωση στο θέμα του πρωινού. Μην παρεξηγηθώ, πρόκειται για έναν πολύ γενναιόδωρο μπουφέ από άποψη ποσότητας και ταχείας πλήρωσης όσων εδεσμάτων εξαντλούνται. Πολλές επιλογές σε αυγά (open omelette kitchen, scrambled, hard boiled, fried, etc.), γλυκά, αλμυρά, χυμοί, ροφήματα, κλπ, με εξαιρετική ποιότητα πρώτης ύλης. Καθώς όμως είμαι χορτοφάγος, είχα περιορισμένες επιλογές, με κυρίαρχο το κλασικό «ντομάτα-αγγούρι-ελιά» και φρούτα. Ακούγεται μια χαρά, αλλά για ένα τριήμερο. Από εκεί και πέρα είναι ήδη πλέον λίγο βαρετό, όταν λίγη πράσινη σαλάτα, λίγα μανιτάρια, λίγα όσπρια, θα έκαναν μεγάλη διαφορά. Ειδικά όταν βρίσκεσαι στην Κρήτη, έναν τόπο πλούσιο σε αγροτικά προϊόντα. Θα τονίσω όμως πάλι την εξαιρετική συμπεριφορά και εξυπηρετικότητα του προσωπικού του σέρβις και στο πρωινό, και ειδικά του Χρήστου!

Pros:

Die Anlage des Hotels war sehr schön, sehr grün und gepflegt. Am Pool ist überall natürlicher Schatten duech die großen Palmwn dort, zudem ist dort ein angenehmes Klima, durch den Rasen und die vielen Pflanzen und Palmen. Insbesondere das Personal im Restaurant und an der Poolbar war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und sehr aufmerksam. Beim Frühstück gab es jeden Morgen frische Pfannkuchen und man konnte sich Omelette frisch zubereiten lassen. Der Weg zum Strand war sehr kurz. Mein Wunsch nach einer zweiten Decke wurde umgehend erfüllt. Das Essen beim Abendessen war lecker und es gab viel Auswahl, es wurde immer etwas frisch live zubereitet. An der Poolbar gab es zu den Getränken immer kleine Snacks gratis dazu, die Chips waren hausgemacht. Man hätte täglich mittags für 12 Euro ein Buffett dazubuchen können, was wir jedoch nicht in Anspruch genommen habe, weswegen ich es nicht bewerten kann. Am ersten Abend kamen wir sehr kurz vor Ende des Abendessens an und die Dame der Rezeption hat extra alles sehr schnell erledigt, damit wir noch etwas essen konnten, zudem hatten wir bei Ankunft eine große Flasche Wasser im Zimmer. Man konnte sich kostenlos Sonnenschirme für den Strand leihen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht klein und mitten im Zimmer war eine Säule direkt vor der Balkontür. Dadurch konnte man sich mit 2 Koffern im Zimmer gar nicht mehr normal bewegen. Das Badezimmer war winzig. Nach der täglichen "Reinigung" lagen immer diverse lange schwarze Haare im Bad und ich bin blond und mein Mann hat kurze Haare. Die benutzen Gläser wurden nie ausgewechselt, die Dusche und das Waschbecken nie ausgewischt. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war ungenießbar, es hätte nehr Auswahl an Obst und Gemüse geben können und vielleicht auch mal Fisch zum Frühstück. Der Aufschnitt und das Müsli sahen eher sehr günstig aus. Man konnte beim Abendessen (die Getränke) und an der Poolbar nur Cash bezahlen, das finde ich einfach nicht zeitgemäß. Die Klimaanlage war leider direkt über dem Bett, diese nachts auszumachen war jedoch wegen der Wärme auch keine Option.

Great stay with a few points for improvement
Pros:

Super nice hotel, welcoming staff, and great food. The pool area is definitely the highlight of the hotel - it is very spacious, with palm trees that make it feel like a little oasis. The beach is also very close, which is a big plus.

Cons:

They should really cut the grass, as it was extremely long. They should also do more to control the mosquitoes, especially since this area seems to have a lot of them. I am not sure how often the area is treated, but we were bitten quite a lot during our stay.
