Es una zona muy cómoda para ir en metro o tren a todas partes, incluso andando. La decoración es muy bonita y hay toda el equipamiento necesario: tele, aire acondicionado, secador...
La habitación es muy pequeña, y por lo tanto, la cama también, y para dos personas siendo una grande, era insuficiente. Además, la puerta del baño deslizante se atascaba y había que dejarla abierta, y los enchufes de las mesillas de noche no funcionaban.
It’s was safe and secure there was always someone at reception if you needed anything. Staff were friendly and location was excellent to train station. It also had ac which was essential when it’s hot.
No lift was my only down point but thank fully we only had one flight of stairs to climb

Bit noisy but would still stay again
NOTHING!!! I booked the hotel as it said they served breakfast, when we got there the receptionist said they no longer do that, I would never of booked it without breakfast, even if I had to pay extra,the room booked literally had no window!!! I do not like confined spaces and would NEVER of booked a small, tiny room...(you could touch the bed while sitting on the toilet) with no windows what so ever... when we complained he offered a drink and some water, yet the following morning teh new member of staff INSISTED we paid £1.50 each for a bottle of water even though we complained the whole time, the hotel really does need to be taken off Booking.com as it was seriously mis sold...there were long hanging down cobwebs and the aircon didnt work...the shutter on the tiny sky light when we tried to close it ....shuddered and clanked like it was stuck so we couldnt use that either....beyond, beyond disappointed and Booking.com should not be selling rooms there and misrepresenting customers like me...nearly £200 for the night

Good value
It was good value
A very good price for a clean room with comfortable bed and a good clean modern bathroom with a good shower. Not a huge room but had a good TV, tea/coffee facilities, all that we needed for an overnight stay. Really good location for needing to get to Euston Station early morning, just a 5 minute walk. Staff were all very nice.
The dark decor, could do with some lighter colours. Hadn't expected to hear the underground trains rumbling beneath us (but we are in the city after all) but once I'd heard one or two I got use to it and it didn't really bother me plus they stop between midnight and 6 so didn't disturb my sleep. The safety deposit box didn't work, reported it to reception so hopefully that will be sorted. The bar was dark (no one in there) and soul less, didn't look as if it was used. We went out as there are a few bars (including Wetherspoons) along the same street within a minute or two walk. Could do with some colour and home comforts in the reception/bar area to make it welcoming and create a warm ambiance.

Bett zu klein (verständlich bei dem kleinen Zimmer. Steckdose am Bett kaputt (hatte schon mal jemand erwähnt). Glaube unter dem Hotel fährt die Metro....,Safe ging nicht. Sehr kleines Zimmer. Mit 20 kg Koffer möchte ich nicht in die oberste Etage laufen (kein Aufzug)
I liked the staff and the service
The room was too small
. Beds were comfy,
Very dark, it was dusty in the room and smelled damp it rattled when trains went underneath. Staff were polite and helpful
Location was good for us, cost was great also, shower and bathroom was good
Bed was a bit lumpy, could hear a door closing quite loudly during the night
