For the price the room was great had air conditioning and was very clean plenty of towels

The location was ideal for Euston station and the venue in Camden that I was attending. 24 hour reception was helpful as we out quite late. The hotel was in a quiet location and we were not disturbed by traffic or people. The air conditioning was sublime - London was experiencing a heatwave. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable.
The room was very small. Fortunately, we did not spend much time there. I booked this hotel because of the location and reviews rated it positively for cleanliness. The bathroom was clean. The bedroom was generally clean but could have used a bit more attention to detail. There was a perspex chair that needed a good dust, as did the the rim of the mirror.

The staff were friendly. The location was great
The bed was not comfortable. The mattress was too soft and the bed it self was not a double bed so this was so small for two people.
It appeared to be 3 quarter bed. The pillows were extremely flat. Due to this I had poor sleep which ruined the my trip to London.
The sink had slow and you could hear everyone drainage through the room especially during the night. Along with the trains passing.
The bed side electrical sockets were broken so we had to share the one next to the door.
The door didnt lock which made me feel slighty unsafe.
