Excellent 👌
Pros:

Le personnel était très gentil et aux petits soins . Que ce soit à l’accueil, à la piscine , restaurant. Je les félicite tous sans exception. J’ai passé un excellent séjour que je referai avec plaisir .

Overall an amazing family friendly resort.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful.
Clean
Great facilities for adults and children.
Aya was very welcoming and Ahmed (supervisor) was friendly and accommodating for breakfast. Thank you.

Cons:

Lack of male therapist for massages.
Hotel is 30min or more away from tanger city, they only have 1 shuttle there and back and can only book a private taxi which is costly. Having a taxi stand close by would be helpful.
Hot dishes for breakfast were the same.

Staff where fabulous and the resort always felt spacious
Mohamed Moujahid was a great help at breakfast.
Fatimaezzahrae AZIZ was fabulous with my little girl at the kids club.
Karim was my man at the pool always there to give a hand.
And Youness souildi at
Concierge is the man he will go above and beyond for your needs.
Also there where many others who made our stay really special.
Thank you guys and will definitely come back

Excellent customer service by all members of staff in every area of the hotel
Pros:

Good hotel, very clean, staff were absolutely brilliant. The customer service experience was way beyond expectations. The rooms were very clean and the cleaner Soukaina did an amazing job of the room and also provided me with extra tea bags and water whenever requested. Pool area was nice and quiet and the pool bar had excellent food. The dinner buffet was also to a high standard but options were a bit limited.

Cons:

The breakfast was below expectations for a 5 star hotel. Plenty of effort but not much substance. The location is about 40 minutes from the city and getting a taxi to and from the hotel is near on impossible so you are stuck with the overpriced hotel car. Do not use Uber as they do not travel to and from town. InDrive increase the prices stated once they realise where you are going.

Pros:

Nos ha gustado todo en general. La habitación es muy bonita, la ubicación excelente y el personal muy atento y amable. Queremos destacar especialmente la decoración de la habitación para el cumpleaños de mi marido. Solicité este detalle con antelación y la trabajadora Aisha lo preparó de manera excepcional, cuidando cada detalle. Nos encantó la sorpresa y contribuyó a que nuestra estancia fuera aún más especial. Sin duda, una experiencia muy recomendable.

Cons:

Como aspecto menos positivo, a nuestra llegada nos encontramos con varios autocares y una conferencia con un gran número de personas en el alojamiento. En un primer momento pensé que el ambiente sería así durante toda la estancia, algo que personalmente no me resulta muy agradable, ya que prefiero los lugares más tranquilos. No obstante, al día siguiente había mucha menos afluencia de gente y la estancia resultó bastante más relajada.

Je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe pour la qualité exceptionnelle de l’accueil et du service. Dès mon arrivée, Mahdi à la réception a été incroyable : chaleureux, professionnel et très attentionné.
Au petit-déjeuner, Alae nous a offert un service irréprochable, toujours souriant et aux petits soins. Un grand merci également au manager, Monsieur moujahid le manager pour sa présence, son professionnalisme et son sens du détail.
J’ai aussi eu la très belle surprise de découvrir une attention particulière dans ma chambre, préparée avec soin par Hajar, la femme de chambre. Un geste qui m’a beaucoup touchée.
Et que dire de Ayoub, le plagiste, qui a été adorable et particulièrement attentionné avec mon fils. C’est ce genre de détail qui rend un séjour vraiment inoubliable.
Merci à toute l’équipe du Hilton pour cette expérience chaleureuse, humaine et haut de gamme. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir
